The staff were supper friendly and the food was absolutely delicious! I love coming here when we can! My favorite thing is their cheddar broccoli soup in a bread bowl!

You know, this is one of those places that have freshly prepared items that they make daily which you can't find everywhere else. I'm willing to travel somewhat out of my normal routine to enjoy food, service, and conversation here. If you're looking for a delicious and authentic bite, I'd recommend stopping in, even if it's around 7 or 8:00 p.m.Kid-friendliness: My 14, and 7 year old children were with me, and we had absolutely no issues. Either interpersonally, or with the staff.

The food is pretty good, if you get it. Unfortunately they have two major issues at this location.First, highly inconsistent. You're always rolling dice if you'll get what you ordered the way you ordered it.Second, they usually have so few employees working that they are scrambling to get things out. Most of the time you're in for a wait. Which is a huge issue if you order ahead.

The displays were nearly empty. I heard another customer complaining that cheese was missing from their order. The beef stew tasted good but was a little mushy. The tables were clean and the fireplace is a nice touch.

Met a friend here at kneaders. We ordered the berry salad, and the tuna sandwich. We were disappointed with the withered & limp salad, as for the tuna sandwich it was very thin amount & plain tuna (nothing special)! The bread was good. However, the price for the salad & tuna sandwich was far too expensive for the sub-par quality of salad or tuna! Maybe we caught them on a bad day. However, I will not return, too much other competitors that offer good quality food for a better price!

Ordered a Chicken Salad sandwich and a French Dip at the drive up window. Have done several times before and the quality just wasn't there. The chicken salad was so dry on the croissant and the croissant was very dry. Ordered the french dip for my husband and he said it was very bready. Even called to ask if they had changed their chicken salad and was told no and when I told them how dry it was she just said we didn't change it. Hope it was just that night, but probably won't go back for a while.

The manager here makes all the difference. I had a mobile order for some Mac and cheese for my kids and unfortunately they ran out. They offered a broccoli cheddar soup or an alternative, however my kids were set on their Mac and cheese. The manager ensured it was properly refunded and gave them cookies as an apology.Also, yesterday my sister made a mobile order and I was driving us. They were out of the chocolate dome dessert, they immediately called her and asked if she would accept an alternate and it was a very smooth process handled even before we arrived :)
