June 22, 2025... We love this place food is still awesome but, the cleaning lady was using ao much bleach right next to us, the smell was getting in our throat, we had to take the rest of our food to go.. Plus, the outside markee and the online site says they close at 6pm, so when i told the young man at the ,counter about the smell I figured they were closing at 6pm, he said we dont close at 6pm.. Please get your times updated.. March 20, 2022, Customer Service has improved some,, and the food is still the BEST TODAY! Today July 2, 2020, the worst customer service, The horrible cashier is back, and she's rude as ever, you cant see her face twisting because we wear mask, but her personality still is the worst. Here it goes, I love the food the location is a bit far we come from Tolleson we still don't mind driving. But the cashier has the worst personality ever like past post have posted she can give a smile a little smile goes a long way you get more bees with honey than you do with vinegar and not the Louisiana vinegar that they sell. So I hope anybody else will give me a thumbs-up on my post food is great location is a bit far but the staff personality sucks

If you're looking for sustinance and options, this is the place. If you're looking for quality or a hidden gem, not the place. Everything tastes like it came from a USFOODS bag and the batter on everything is criminally underseasoned. Nothing special happening here, just a frozen foods middle man.

Knock Kneed Lobster is a family owned Phoenix staple for decades!! If you love some fresh fried seafood, you've got to hit this place! Hush puppies were outstanding! Fish & chips were solid! And I took a Ceviche to-go! I love KKL for a family style meal!
I normally eat at fish and chips but decided to try this place out and it was worth it. We had the fish & chips and shrimp & chip. Was not greasy at all, portion was more then plenty. Unfortunately they have Pepsi products. We also took some pirate sauce for our food 😎

We come here for the delicious food whenever we’re in the area. Never disappointed. Always fresh and delicious items walk up service, so no real service to rank, however, everyone has always been friendly. Dining room is nothing fancy, but that’s not why we visit. There was a sewer smell on one visit, but it’s an old building and it seems to have been corrected. I wish they carried tartar sauce, but the cocktail sauce is very good. Highly recommend if you’re craving fish and chips.
