Amazing. This poke place was FIRE. That's what the cool kids are saying nowadays I believe.

Got the build your own poke bowl and did not disappoint. The sauces were not overpowering and they served actual fresh fish and not the saku blocks.

Great portions and flavorful to the last bite. I did not have a pic as I ate it all before I stopped to write this review. It's tucked away in the
corner of the plaza.

They also have Dole whip and are very helpful if you have dietary restrictions. I don't believe their made sauces are gluten free, but they have gluten free tamarai by the condiments. Definitely worth a stop and great meal to have on a hot day.

Koibito Poke is really an outstanding place when it comes to the quality and freshness of their food. Every ingredient was prepared with obvious care. It is probably the best poke I’ve ever had!! Delicious. I also loved the kale on the poke bowl.
On top of that, I have a corn allergy and they were very knowledgeable about their sauces. Only one sauce had cornstarch (teriyaki) on their menu so I was obviously very excited.

Please take notes!! I absolutely love koi poke on scottsdale and pima! But indian school This location has to be the worst location by far. Been here 3x now. Ive had enough. Thought it was maybe a bad day but now 3 in a row has proven my point. The fish here is possibly the worst cheap quality stuff ive had worse than poke bar by far. Something with the salmon is so off and just not right. The consistency with the fish is not like the other stores. It’s not like the consistently with any other chain restaurant u go to. Please get new salmon as the one currently is terrible. Make it like the other stores please. Koi poke salmon on pima is like mastros type of vibe this down here is like a dennys type of vibe.

Alli provided the best restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time. She went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations with her knowledge of the menu and her patience in allowing me to sample the sauces. Her exceptional customer service made my visit to Koibito Poke truly memorable. In a time when great service can be rare, Alli stands out as a shining example of what hospitality should be. I cannot recommend Koibito Poke—and especially Alli—enough! She absolutely deserves a promotion to district manager. Thank you, Alli, for an outstanding experience.

Picked up lunch a poke bowl to go , my tuna tasted old and sour like if it was really old but everything else tasted good , they need to make sure to have fresh tuna not old

Have been to Koibito Poke several times, and it has become a family favorite. With my several allergies and some anaphylactic, I have never had an issue. There has been no cross-contamination, and everything tastes fresh. The tractor soda they sell is also amazing. I enjoy the lemongrass, and my husband and daughter enjoy the cherry cola! A must try, in my opinion.

Vegetarian options: The bowl is built to your request. And there are several options including tofu

Wheelchair accessibility: Wide aisles, spacious restroom.

This had been a favorite of ours and a great quick take out option that my kids loved. There was a change in management over the past year and we haven’t had a good experience since. The employees are not friendly, they make mistakes in preparing the orders and don’t care to make it right. This has been a very disappointing change.

My favorite poke bowl spot in Phoenix! Not only do they have the best staff, but their ingredients are always fresh and flavorful. I love their sauces, especially mixing the spicy one with ponzu—it adds the perfect kick. They offer a ton of toppings, so you can really customize your bowl just the way you like it. The prices are really affordable, and the best part is that you leave feeling like you’ve had a healthy, satisfying meal. It’s a place I keep coming back to.
