This was my first time having POKĒ and they went all out for me. Gave me a walkthrough and were super helpful while ordering. I will be coming back.

This place is TERRIBLE! My wife had an internet order and when I arrived they stated that there four items that were missing from the order, including avocado and crab mix (which are price upgrades) but they didn't offer a price refund or anything. They said their system was unable to update when they were out of items so it wasn't their fault and didn't offer to refund the price upgrades that they didn't provide!! I then complained and the workers continued to be rude and acted like it wasn't their problem. Of course, it didn't taste right at all because so many items were missing. DO NOT GO HERE, I HAVE RARELY SEEN SUCH RUDENESS AT ANY RESTAURANT. When I arrived the three girls working there were actually sitting in a booth chatting and joking so I assume my problem was just an interruption to their little social hour. The manager of this location should be made aware of how poorly this operation is being run!!!

Just wanted to share that the bowls are great with the exception of the fish (tuna and salmon). The fish has an offputting color and appearance that makes the fish hard to eat while looking at it. The flavor and texture of the fish is subpar. This did not used to be the case. A couple years ago at least there was a quality decline on the fish and it hasn’t rebounded since. Everything else about the bowls and sauces is great though.

We ordered the salmon bowl with brown rice this evening, but the rice was not fully cooked.

Flavor town! Halfway through my meal, I realized I hadn’t even tried the sauce we asked for on the side :) talk about fresh and flavorful! Generous portions, bold flavors, and the sauces were absolutely delicious. Hands down the best bowl we’ve had in Scottsdale. Thank you!

Walked in as the place was closing. Bella was so patient. She did not complain at once bt was so helpful & hooked it up. Management definitely needs to give that girl a raise. Shes a rockstar! Thanks for the great customer service experience after a rough day!

Amazing. This poke place was FIRE. That's what the cool kids are saying nowadays I believe.

Got the build your own poke bowl and did not disappoint. The sauces were not overpowering and they served actual fresh fish and not the saku blocks.

Great portions and flavorful to the last bite. I did not have a pic as I ate it all before I stopped to write this review. It's tucked away in the
corner of the plaza.

They also have Dole whip and are very helpful if you have dietary restrictions. I don't believe their made sauces are gluten free, but they have gluten free tamarai by the condiments. Definitely worth a stop and great meal to have on a hot day.

Koibito Poke is really an outstanding place when it comes to the quality and freshness of their food. Every ingredient was prepared with obvious care. It is probably the best poke I’ve ever had!! Delicious. I also loved the kale on the poke bowl.
On top of that, I have a corn allergy and they were very knowledgeable about their sauces. Only one sauce had cornstarch (teriyaki) on their menu so I was obviously very excited.

Please take notes!! I absolutely love koi poke on scottsdale and pima! But indian school This location has to be the worst location by far. Been here 3x now. Ive had enough. Thought it was maybe a bad day but now 3 in a row has proven my point. The fish here is possibly the worst cheap quality stuff ive had worse than poke bar by far. Something with the salmon is so off and just not right. The consistency with the fish is not like the other stores. It’s not like the consistently with any other chain restaurant u go to. Please get new salmon as the one currently is terrible. Make it like the other stores please. Koi poke salmon on pima is like mastros type of vibe this down here is like a dennys type of vibe.
