Just wanted to share that the bowls are great with the exception of the fish (tuna and salmon). The fish has an offputting color and appearance that makes the fish hard to eat while looking at it. The flavor and texture of the fish is subpar. This did not used to be the case. A couple years ago at least there was a quality decline on the fish and it hasn’t rebounded since. Everything else about the bowls and sauces is great though.

Flavor town! Halfway through my meal, I realized I hadn’t even tried the sauce we asked for on the side :) talk about fresh and flavorful! Generous portions, bold flavors, and the sauces were absolutely delicious. Hands down the best bowl we’ve had in Scottsdale. Thank you!
