The staff was friendly and Carmen was great and tried her best to accommodate my family's request. So I came thru the drive thru to get a dozen glazed donuts. My kids and I took one bite and realized the donuts were cold and seemed like they came out of a refrigerator. It was not the classic Krispy Kreme taste that we knew. I ended up going back in and asking for something else. I didn't realize this location doesn't make them fresh and they are actually delivered to the location in the morning so the taste is not the same. They literally just pull them off of racks and put them in a box. Not what I was expecting or wanted. I received complimentary donut holes that actually tasted better than the dozen. I now understand I need to look for a location with a hot sign which is only a few of them left. Very disappointed Krispy Kreme.

Donuts were ass cold. Staff was rude and there was no sign on the door that said there lobby was closed. You can not hear the lady clearly through the speaker. People come to these places for nice and hot donuts and coffee. Not ice cold donuts. And they were also out of ice. The worst krispy kreme I've ever been to in 5 years

Horrible terrible service. The lobby was "closed" then they said that they didn't have any donuts only the Valentine's selection and the coffee and a long list of stuff they DIDN'T have. Also the girl at the drive thru sounded ghetto. Couldn't even talk properly.

If I could give it 0 stars I would that’s how bad the experience was. The lobby was closed fine go in drive thru had an online pickup. She looked irritated from the beginning I got the valentine dozen all my doughnuts were messed up.This was just a horrible experience I asked for her name she said Diana.

The lobby was closed and the menu board doesn’t show all of the current doughnuts available. It looked as though they only had 1 person working on a Saturday in the morning. That may have been why the lobby was closed. The person working seemed stressed and a little snappy however I don’t blame her at all due to the fact that they looked way understaffed and we’re probably getting a lot of confused customers as to what’s available. There were several walk ups while we were in the drive through that didn’t have cars and couldn’t get anything. Unfortunately there are no other doughnut and coffee places around it. I ended up ordering some doughnuts for the people without cars.

This place is by far the worst of the worst. It's always closed to people. I showed up at around 6:30 pm and it was drive thru only and they were out of all the good donuts. Not even glazed! They sold me a dozen of donuts they chose and none I like. Third time this happens. I wish management would look into it. I remember Krispy Kreme being one of the best places and memories as a teen and now it's came along way from that. Despicable!!!! They could have at least offered me a discount if they were gonna jam me with stuff I don't even like??
