The donuts were completely hard and this is at 6:30 in the morning plus the lady told me if I get an extra bottle of juice. I get two free donuts. She did not give me 2 free donuts and then charge me.

Came in to buy a 6 count assorted box of glazed donuts and instead of it being $11 it was nearly $15 because the lady behind the counter charged me individually for each donut instead of doing the six count.. They are stealing money here BEWARE!!

I asked for 4 donuts, 2 original glaze, one chocolate glaze, & one strawberry glaze with sprinkles. I was given 2 original, 1 chocolate glaze, and 2 chocolate sprinkles. The donuts were super hard. The customer service, ehhh, was okay, not the best. I am BIG on customer service, since I am an expert at it. When we were leaving, my child and I noticed a ton of donuts were tossed outside of the building. As I took a bite into one of the original glaze donuts, I understood why. It was HARD & DISGUSTING! I Very disappointing, especially since I haven't had KK in a very long time. So sad. Do I really need to drive out to Scottsdale just for a donut?
An employee went above and beyond and found me on Facebook her name is Donna to notify me that my card was left there. However when I drove there this morning the manager had a very foul attitude and when I told her there was a double charge on my card she started telling me it was my fault and stuff yelling at me. It was really sad it almost made me cry. She was mean
