Im a bit of a donut connoisseur and a fan of krispy Kreme in general. First time visiting this location and something is off with the recipe compared to all the other locations.
They are all a little smushed like the dough isn't quite right. Also they are all drowning in glaze. Take the maple for example. You have your normal maple glaze on top of the ring and then they go and cover every inch in a simple syrup glaze...you get this nauseatingly sweet donut...and im a fan of sweets and a fan of donuts and a fan of krispy creme donuts but sometimes less is more

Update your google maps times PLEASE. Just drove 20 minutes to find out this location was closed by 8 pm even though it said online it was open until 10pm. Really annoying problem with a very easy fix.

This was a satellite shop. They didn’t make the donuts there. They looked like they were old, but that didn’t stop me! The coffee was super strong, couldn’t drink it even with cream. Wouldn’t be my first choice.

Just drove 45 minutes to this location that was closest to me. My birthday is tomorrow and just wanted yummy donuts in the morning for a nice treat. Walked up to the door at 8:03pm and it was locked with no sign insinuating it's closed. Asked the lady inside if the drive thru was still open... She said they aren't open at all. Google and their website state they're open until 10pm. So they closed 2+ hours early for what?? I still saw donuts on the shelves so it's not like they were out... Completely ruined my night. Huge waste of gas, time and put a damper on my birthday breakfast. So thanks a lot KK and ya lazy employees.

Every time I come to this location their specialty donuts aren’t available. They never make them at all. It seems like they only make the donuts they want which are the original and that’s it. Staff in there are high sometimes and very gitty like they have the damn munchies. Krispy Kreme is dead yo cause it never fails what’s the point of having specialty donuts every month and they aren’t available to the customer and the ones that are, are old. Bosa Donuts here I come.

Ordered a dozen classic box. Cold and some flattened....looks like they came from off-site that way...which means someone took those off shelf and boxed them at store. Two points of quality checks had to fail for us to drive off and find out at home
Never open when they say it will be open. Also when you go the box to order, no-one ever answers. The people that work there hate their job, and I hate going there. I did eventually buy there but Never again

On vacation from New York. Came here on Tuesday night at 8 for my son and they were closed with a sign in the door for the ight even though it says they close at 10. Came back Friday night and the same sign at 9:00. Is this a joke. So disappointed. No wonder this doesn't make it in NY. You have to honor your posted hours or you go out of business.
