Service not good, waited over 35 minutes for 3 plates. Food not great when we finally got it. Not hot! Had to ask for spicy sauce. Hope that the owner makes takes note and makes some improvements. We will never come back. Also no paper towels in the restroom, bring your own.

Im from Hawaii and this is nothing like a real L&L. I have been here multiple times and so far the only good thing has been the chicken katsu. I stopped here for breakfast on our way up north is this morning. Portuguese sausage eggs and ride sounded amazing. I don’t know what that was that they were trying to pass off as Portuguese sausage. It was the same shape as a piece of spam but tasted horrible. Like any other local, I added shoyu all over the rice and eggs. NOT Aloha shoyu which is what one would expect in a “Hawaiian” restuarant. Oh and if you order the malasadas know that is not what a malasada actually is.

Not a fan. At all. The food had no seasoning. The Mac salad was so over cooked it was a mush ball that needed salt, pepper and a bit of vinegar. The BBQ chicken was average at best. The bbq sauce is served on the side and is super watered down. Disappointed. Won’t go back.

I was deliberately overcharged last night and the staff thought j wouldn't notice. I was told my meal would cost $28.13, but when my bank notified me of the transaction it said I was charged $33.76, I turn around and talk to them about it and to also mention I was given no receipt. They played dumb and fumbled through all their receipts looking for mine, even though I was literally just there and would've been easy to spot. The manager relents and refunds me the $5 difference, which has not only still not appeared in my bank, but I'm also now short another $8 with no new transactions!? It's small dollars, but shouldn't be a big as for a staff to just not steal from customers thinking we won't notice.Avoid this place, they're dishonest, inept, and you can drive in almost any other direction for better Hawaiian food. I'm disputing the entire charge with my bank.

Weird place , no papers to dry ur hands in bathroom . Tried to put toilet seat up to pee and it kept falling down so I peed on the toilet seat couldn’t even wash/dry it off no paper towels . asked for paper towels for our table got 3. Stingy much? Food wasn’t even good bland af biggest waste of 50$

Food is delicious as always. But the service here is pretty poor and the workers hardly speak any English. The prices are high and they don’t give that much food. We had to order more midway through eating. Also no customers in the building except us. Bad sign.

I came in for a combination plate. I ordered Katsu Chicken and Kalua Pork with double Mac salad to go and when I got home I opened my order and saw that I didn’t get katsu chicken. Called the store to advise, hoping they would offer to remake the order. Instead, the guy decided to gas light me isaying there was Katsu chicken. I drove back to get a refund as he proceeded to act surprised every time I said they got my order wrong.Even when I was back in the restaurant, he still tried to say it was katsu chicken. It wasn’t even breaded!!!The guy told me he didn’t have a name, then said it was Jim and refused to provide me a managers number. Absolutely rude and terrible experience.
