I spent $55 on 3 lg tostilocos that were supposed to be with no chili when I got home they all had chili on them. I spent a lot of money to have my order wrong. I tried calling several of the locations with not one person answering the phone to try to get this rectified. Such a disappointment and a waste of money. I would hope that the owner reads these reviews and corrects it mistakes

Cueritos were not good they taste old. Lady there was helpful. But I would not go back again to this location on Van Buren. The one on 51st and Southern was better.

Saw this place in Arizona Mills. Thought this looks like it could be good. Well entire menu board is in Spanish. I would consider that horrible service and atmosphere. Food maybe good, maybe great.... The restaurants in Guadalupe are even in English. Come on guys. Why alienate 80% of your customers. Make it easy, money follows easy.

I showed up pretty late so the place was pleasantly quiet, I showed up for one thing and one thing only. Banana split. They were quick and you can choose any three flavors that they have . You don't have to get the traditional flavors, however that's exactly what I did. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience. I'll be back really soon.
Parking: Well like I said I showed up late so it was easy to find a parking spot. But I imagine that they have no problems with parking at anytime during they say.
Kid-friendliness: It's like a snack shop on steroids, so many good looking things, you may find yourself rendered undecided. But that's not a bad thing to be in this place, looks like no matter what you choose it'll be the right choice.

Biggest varity of ice cream and ice cream treats around.
Ladies working were nice but didn't speak English and my Spanish is limited. Felt ignored as they went on to help other customers who came in after me and never scooped my ice cream. My niece had gotten a strawberries and cream when I got there and sadly it was Luke warm and the cream tasted a bit like it was going. In the end I was glad I wasn't served as the prices for the goods is to expensive for my blood. Thank you but no thank you. Better luck to the next person
