Be carefull i do understand spanish but she thought i dont so she told her son to charge me higher amount for the ice scream. They charge 13$ instead of 4$. I called my bank already but be carefull anyone who is not speaking spanish will be overcharged here.

I’ve only came in a few times and it’s always the same guy at the counter. He gives me so much attitude no matter how nice and straight forward I am when I order. Today I ordered tosti lokos and he gave me tosti elotes. When I went to tell him he got really defensive and kept saying I ordered it wrong, I don’t even eat corn so why would I order it? He took it back and slammed it into the trash can.

man at the front has poor customer service. has a airpod in his ears and didn’t take my order correctly. proceeded to tell me i ordered something completely different from what i ordered and slammed the item in the trash in front of me angrily.

I get 2 strawberry with cream and more than the half of the strawberry was rotten ? really disgusting. They should verify the condition of their fruits before serving.
Don’t go here. The fruit is soggy and the service is not what it use to be. I had never seen a runny strawberry before and all of the reviews about the soggy fruit are true.

There were only 3 shaved ice options because they didn't have them or they had gone to waste. I bought the shaved plum it was spoiled too. I called to let them know and they didn't answer.
