1st time going don't recommend. I bought a fruit cup and the watermelon was not good the taste was nasty and the horchata water didn't have no flavor at all :( .

There were only 3 shaved ice options because they didn't have them or they had gone to waste. I bought the shaved plum it was spoiled too. I called to let them know and they didn't answer.

I went to buy a fruit cocktail , that is suppose to be fresh , the fruit was soggy but one piece of I fruit I ate tasted awful, when I looked at the next piece I was eating it had mold in it , I told the lady working there and all she said okay I’ll change it instead of checking the rat of the fruit , I walked out without an apology or any kind of concern being expressed by any staff member

I am literally an everyday customer we spend at least 30 to 40 dollars easy my wife is obsessed with the fresas con crema but she's allergic to strawberries and so I was refused a fresas con crema because he didn't have enough crema we went there everyday he just lost a very loyal customer we even pay extra when asked to pay
