La Consentida Eat & Drink

Different owners and totally different atmosphere and customer service. Got loved around by a waiter to a table that was supposedly open and was moved by someone else because it was supposedly reserved. Told her that waiter said “if they aren’t here by now they aren’t gonna be here it’s ok” we were moved twice and I asked what do we do when your waiter told us to move, didn’t even apologize all she said was “the ones that reserved are on their way”
Didn’t try to make it better nor find us a spot after we moved and our previous seats were taken. During an event all this happened infront of a lot of people. How embarrassing! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Won’t be coming back here again.

Had a bad experience last night. Arrived @8pm and food was served at 10:30pm. I had a great time but I would have liked to taste the Sushi plate.

Loved the atmosphere! The service was amazing and she would come consistently to ask if we were doing okay so that a plus! The bill was high but we have experience taste! Overall would say come and try them out!

Mole was ok, but to be fair, everyone has different preferences in Mole. ceviche was delicious, and tostadas was perfectly made. Bonus is they serve coronas non-alcoholic. Space is fantastic. I'll be returning for my birthday for some dancing 💃

The meal was absolutely delicious, and our server took great care of us throughout. The live music added a fun and lively atmosphere. I’d absolutely suggest this place to others, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

I used to like this place but tonight I came and they ran out of Modelo which they should be on top of their inventory. Then I asked for another Salsa which the waitress seemed bothered then when I asked her if I could have another batch of chips because the ones that they brought out were very very salty all she said was that it’s all the same batch with no resolution to this situation. It’s sad that what was once a favorite spot for me has declined in quality and hospitality. I hope management gets their shit together.

I was at the Rogelio Ramos show, I paid for a 350 VIP table, according to that. When the show started, they put higher tables in front of me, the only one who could look at that 350 VIP table was to see the back of the person in front of me.
I reported it to several managers and they flat out went along with it but never tried to resolve the situation.
The customer service is super bad, I really wouldn't return to that place. I don't recommend them at all. If you want to spend your money for a show, don't spend it in vain in this place.
