I previously left a 3-star review after a visit that didn’t hit the same as my very first experience (which was a straight 10/10). I was honest about how the flavor and overall value felt different. But I also believe in giving credit where it’s due. The team reached out to me directly, invited us back, and made it right — and I have to say… THIS visit was it. The flavor was bouncing again. The burgers tasted intentional, seasoned perfectly, and full of that spark that made me love them the first time. Everything felt dialed in and made with care. What impressed me the most wasn’t just the food — it was the pride and accountability. They didn’t get defensive. They stood behind their product and showed they truly care about their customers and their craft. That’s how you build loyalty. Major respect to the whole team. This is exactly why I support local businesses. We will definitely be back. 🔥🍔🤝

These guys really know what they’re doing. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted, and the burgers are absolutely sensational. The thick-cut fries are incredibly fresh — and I mean really fresh — and just as amazing as the burgers. I’m from Canada and decided to give this place a try while I was in the neighborhood, and I’m so glad I did. This will definitely be on my go-to list every time I’m in town.

La Hamburgesa is hands-down the best burger I’ve ever had. You can taste the difference in their quality ingredients—they clearly don’t take shortcuts. We find ourselves tracking their location at least once a week because nothing else compares. It’s ruined all other burgers for both my husband and I.

It was my first time coming and trying this place. Im all for local support. A 30+ wait time for my food. My burger I got was bland. Felt like my food was rushed. And the beef tallow fries I got were not it. The frys they gave me were over cooked and not even salted. The guy taking orders was nice and apologized for the wait time. But those fries were terrible. Like I understand being busy but do you care about quality? Would I try again, maybe? Keep supporting local, but local vendors if you read this. Make sure you hold your standard of you food to everyone

Wow the burgers are Fenomenal! & the ‘F’ is for Fresh bread, fresh meat, fresh fries.
Locally sourced AZ grass fed beef, fresh veggies quality veggies, & Locally sourced beef tallow used to triple fry the hand cut French fries. The bun is like biting into a cloud! The buns are a homemade Japanese style milk bun.
The meat melts in your mouth (pause) and their sauce, homemade as well is very good. The ranch went well with the fried and burger. They have homemade pickles as well. They are very nice people. One of the best burgers I’ve had
Just keep in mind. Everything is homemade and fresh so it may take a little time especially if there is a line. This is real quality food though so it is worth the wait

That’s has taken the #1 spot on my list for best burgers. Getting out the car u smell that wagyu and you know it’s gonna be good. I went with a couple people we all got different burgers and all of them were incredible. Do yourself a favor and try them out there is no way you’ll regret it. If I can give 6 outta 5 I would.

Best burger I’ve ever had, hands down (I usually get the signature but they’re all good). Great fries too, they use beef tallow. Quality ingredients and everything cooked fresh. The service is way better than what you expect from a food truck too, everyone is friendly and they bring your food right to you. One of the few burgers I’ve had that I’d go an hour out of my way to get again.
