La Michoacana Plus - Phoenix

Came in for a chicharron preparado but the lady there only gave me tomatoes and onions as toppings. We were really disappointed. It was $12
None of the prices are listed anywhere so they constantly increase them.

Also the two ladies there aren’t nearly as nice as the older señora that’s usually there.

I bought cheese cake ice cream and unfortunately it tasted terrible. The texture was sandy like if they sprinkled a spoon full of sand and mixed it in . Don't recommend sorry.

I ordered an ice cream in a glass and for 4.25 it was very expensive, the glass was very small, they don't put the prices so you can see first what you are going to buy

My mom and I decided to stop in after grocery shopping, and I’m so happy we did. The place is colorful and fun, and there are so many options to choose from. Belen made our raspado con nieve y lechera and our fresas con crema, and both were delicious! Her preparation, the ingredients, and serving size were all so great, and I hope to come back to try other things!

Ordered some fresas con crema and they got it wrong??? I thought they close at 10??? They put everything away at 9 wth!!! 3 girls working very unprofessional

I went to this location today 5/28/2024 at 9:20pm I noticed they close at 10pm. When I walked in the 3 girls working put all the ice cream away 30 plus minutes before closing. Terrible service and the girl in the counter is so lazy if only they pay her to be on her phone she would be rich. Never coming here again. These girls suck

The store opens at 11 am not 10 though in my opinion it's a little too late for la michoacana plus I already got craving at 10 am so imagine my disappointment driving to the michocana for it to still be closed at 10am even when the facebook and google states it opens at 10 am please correct the timesI enjoy michocana plus and everything on there menu just wish for better time.

Very bad service, they serve you with a very bad character and if you ask them something they seem to get upset

Typical Mexican ice cream place where the ice cream is more icy than creamy but we still enjoyed it! The place was clean and no wait on a Saturday evening. The girl behind the counter didn't really speak English but we managed ? if you like paletas this is a good stop!
