My husband had the chilaquiles and they brought out a huge plate and it was very tasty. I ordered pozole and omg I was delicious. We waited for a long time before we got our order to the point I was ready to get upset that we waited for what seems to be more than 30min but the food was on point! Truly. What a great meal to start off our day. The cashier was very friendly and kind.... yes she speaks English. the restaurant isn't dressed up to be more than it should be. it's got a homey vibe and it's a little dated but it's very comfortable. there were plenty of people enjoying their company and many happy faces.the south side has great restaurants and this is one of them. Try it out.

The Steak ranchero is great for Breakfast with a cup of coffee ??? corn tortillas are hand made The breakfast special is great also. There Fried ? is ? with 2 or 3 Tecatés.

First time here and i was surprised at how quickly or food came to the table the waitress was nice and courteous i thought the food was going to be cold and tasteless cuz it was so quick but it was hot and delicious best caldo de res Ive had in awhile and the menudo was great,a lot of meat in it.
