I stopped here for a pupusa and after having ordered I started to look at the reviews of this place, so I understand that everything other people say is totally true, the establishment has an unpleasant septic smell, after having ordered no They charged me until the end, I asked the prices before ordering and the lady saw at all times that I had my card in my hand. She would have notified me of the extra charge of $1.00 to pay by card which nowhere in the establishment does it say about the charge for card, they made me wait, with me being the only customer, for more than 20 minutes while they were chatting in the kitchen. After I complained about the extra charge, the lady became rude, along with another man who echoed what she said, both of them very rude. This is not the way to talk to anyone, this is when you understand why they are empty and with high prices because no one would return to a place where the experience is not pleasant and the customer service is terrible, which is why many people already prefer to cook and go to other places than local because they want to charge extra for everything. Terrible place I don't recommend it

I ordered 3 scrambled pupusas by phone, and when I went to pick them up and got home they were cheese, I called them back and they just told me sorry, it was the cook's fault for poor customer service, her obligation was to say take them and give me the correct ones.
