La Michoacana Phoenix

This michoacana is my favorite out of all the chains. I have been coming here for a while now and it has always been a great experience. However recently I have been served by a young lady, Mari, who is AMAZING and has made the experience even better. She is so friendly and efficient and makes the best tostilocos. 10/10 recommend

Beautiful place with crazy delicious drinks and sweets! Staff was very helpful and informative with a positive attitude, can’t wait to go again and i haven’t even left the parking lot!

Terrible service from a worker after returning something that I didn't ask for, she did it again in the worst way! They are supposed to work to provide good service, not to serve with face and make fun of it! I hope they change this staff very soon!

Came at night and got a dish of ice cream. Found a long hair in my ice cream. Was served by a long hair gentleman.

I loved the mango dairy free option, the guavaba does have seeds in it so beware. The lime was good, the strawberry, Oreo, and avacado paletas also super delicious. Sorry we ate them up so fast so didn’t get much photos and won’t post photos of kids

(edited) the lady who attended me, she's approximately 30 years old and only speaks spanish. i didn't get her name but she had a very unfriendly attitude attending me. when i walked in it was empty, she clearly saw me and didn't greet me or ask me what i wanted when i walked in. i had to go up to her and ask if i could get my order…. and when i was ordering she looked annoyed at me. nonetheless, once the order was done i proceeded to thank her before i left and walked out the door and she said absolutely nothing like I was a nuisance. thanks for the terrible service never returning here again. and yes this is the location next to desert financial bank and party city.

First timer and was attended poorly , I don’t know if management trained their employees correctly on how to greet & treat customers but it showed . And the place was dirty for having only 3 costumers and the aguas looked a little crusty js .

Very bad customer service, the people who serve are ALWAYS in a bad mood.

All very rich. It's a shame about the poor service provided by the girls who work, they don't know how to provide cordial attention. They treat you as if they were going to give you things. I love that place, it's a shame I didn't go to that store on 75th Ave.

Don't even go here ... there is a better one across the street and that has a way better customer service. On the first day they open they kick me out because they were only allowing the people they want u til the next day everyone was welcome ... so don't bother coming here
