The tacos were very greasy with very little meat, the rice was hard, the service was not very good, first and last time I visited this restaurant.
Great place. Very chill vibe with unique taco options. An Uber driver had recommended and it didn’t disappoint

Fantastic food, drink & service. If I wasn't from out of state, I'd eat here twice a week, it is that great.

Overall, a disappointing experience. While the food was decent, it didn’t stand out. The salsa bar had variety, but unfortunately, everything tasted rather bland. The service was especially poor, which was surprising given how empty the place was. I’ve seen other reviews mentioning automatic gratuity being added to the bill, and I wouldn’t be shocked if that happened here too—it certainly didn’t seem like anyone would tip voluntarily for the service we received. The quesadilla was okay, but lacked enough meat and cheese to justify the price. The Al Pastor was underwhelming, though the jamaica drink was a standout and definitely the highlight of the meal. If you are going to make aguish menu, be prepared to explain it.

This is such a great spot for authentic, award-winning central Mexican food including guacamole, tacos, and mole. Everything we tried was excellent and included a few unexpected twists - think chunks of fresh mango in the guacamole, horchata from their special family recipe with fruit and nuts in it, and tacos filled with so many delicious choices from pink mole chicken to marinated filet mignon with a variety of chilies, toasted crispy melted Oaxacan cheese, and spicy pecan salsa. This will be a regular stop for us because there are so many flavors that I can’t stop thinking about. This place has been under our radar until now, but not anymore!

I had been a long-time La Santisima customer, When they closed their Glendale location I was very disappointed but decided last night to go for the first time in about a year and a half. I was severely disappointed as the quality had significantly decreased over this time. I loved there Al- Pastor Tacos and argued they were the best in the city, sadly this is no longer the case, the meat lacked flavor, and the pineapple was dehydrated, they have also added salsa onto the tacos that adds some spice but it was much better before they changed the recipe. My friend got a quesadilla that was more like a calzone not fully cooked with a soggy shell and lacking flavor. Service was very slow and we had to go to the bar to get the check even after our table had been cleared. I am severely disappointed in the changes to this spot over the last couple of years, I will no longer be dining here and will stick solely to the many amazing food trucks around the area.

Been coming to Santísima since I moved to Phoenix. The food was delicious as per usual but the service by Ana Chavez was awful. Inattentive, forgetful, and unbothered to serve just myself and one other person. The taco Tuesday discount was not applied (even though confirming with her prior to ordering that this deal was still active) and I had asked for another drink which never arrived. The service was poor so I decided to not leave a tip and to my surprise when I ask for an itemized receipt, I see a 20% gratuity was included without my authorization. Ms. Chavez handed me the receipt and swiftly walked away. Tragic when the staff ruin the masterpiece of Santísima’s impeccable food and ambience.

Charged me $6 for rice and beans when the menu states $3.99.
Don't eat here unless you want to get charged whatever they feel like
