I ordered food for pickup and was disappointed once I got home with food for my family. One of the meals had trash in it, some kind of diet wrapper.
I ordered the California omelet it was good but my hashbrowns disappointed me they were hard & a little burnt (they cooked them too fast). I didn't realize it was the day before father's day so maybe that's why the rush (the place got packed).

Was seated at 12:28. It is now 1:24. We have only recived 1 cup of coffee, no refill offer. Our order was taken 10 minutes after being seated. Food takes to long to receive. They were better in the past. Wonder what changed. I used to be impressed.

Every time I have gone here it takes 45+ minutes just to get orders taken with far over an hour before we get our food, plus the jukebox is always too loud if you're sitting close to it

Black bear has not failed me yet . Quick, efficient and aesthetically pleasing black bear is definitely a great family orientated restaurant. A place so truly recommend especially if you’re just visiting or looking for something new with a lot of variety !
