Laveen Water n Ice

Twice in the past two months we’ve gone to fill up our bottles of water and there is a note on the door that says “closed be back soon”. This is during normal business hours. There is no time listed on the sign. Both times there was a parking lot full of people waiting for the store to reopen and the first time, after 30 minutes, no one ever did. This time someone was in the back watching us all standing there wanting to get water. I have a sick family member at home and I finally got 5 minutes to run out of the house to get water and I ended up not get anything. It was an absolute waste of time. You have officially lost my business. I’m surprised you can stay in business when your employees decide to close randomly throughout the day. If I had the money, I would open my own water and ice store and make sure you had healthy competition. Clearly you need it.

Never open in business hours. That tell you alot about the quality. Either new management or they getting readu to close business because before they used to be good.

This water is not RO water. For the past few months, the water has tasted like tap water. We contacted you all about a month ago, and they informed me there was an issue with their filter but that it had been resolved. However, after testing the water today, we found it to be even more contaminated than before. Unfortunately, this is the only water and ice store in Laveen, but we will no longer be customers. It's concerning that you are not selling what you advertise. I will report this to the BBB.

I mean who ever is working here is making EASY hourly money cuz i bet hes on the clock just NEVER WORKING.... I swear every time I go by I see the "Be Back Soon" sign up smh 3rd time thus has happened in the last 5 days all around different times of the day

Waited here today 02-01-2024 for almost an hr or an hr and a half there's a sign on the door saying they will be right back well I don't know what there right back means but while the sign was on the door ..So many customers came and went this is poor service and lost a lot of $ I'm sure smh
