Visited a few weeks ago but want to say this my favorite spot near Scottsdale. Lovely for ladies night or date night. Pedro the server was so considerate of curating dinner for us. The female somm on staff is lovely too. The open view of kitchen is beautiful.

What a lovely spot for an intimate dinner! Nekane is the best server around. She expertly guided us through the menu and recommended a combination of dishes that couldn’t be beat. Ask for a table in her section next time you go!

Le Âme at The Global Ambassador: A Parisian Culinary Gem in Phoenix

From the moment you step into Le Âme, nestled within the heart of The Global Ambassador hotel, you’re swept into a world where Parisian elegance meets modern culinary artistry. By day, it’s a charming bistro bathed in natural light; by night, it transforms into a moody, romantic steakhouse that whispers of old-world charm and contemporary sophistication.

The menu is a masterclass in French cuisine, offering beloved classics like Steak Frites and French Onion Soup alongside inventive dishes such as Tuna Carpaccio and a refined Onion Dip with Potato Chips. Each plate is elevated by a wine list curated by the hotel’s master sommelier—an offering so exceptional it earned the Wine Spectator Best Award of Excellence. The cocktail program mirrors this excellence, with ingredients as beautiful as they are bold.

But what truly sets Le Âme apart is its people. The staff’s attentiveness is unmatched—gracious, intuitive, and always present without being intrusive. Every detail, from the pacing of the meal to the warmth of the welcome, is handled with care and precision.

And then there’s Chef Robin.

Chef Robin is the heartbeat of Le Âme. Their culinary vision is evident in every bite, blending tradition with innovation in a way that feels both nostalgic and thrilling. Watching Chef Robin work is like witnessing a symphony—each dish composed with passion, precision, and a deep respect for flavor. Their presence in the kitchen elevates the entire experience, turning a meal into a memory.

Whether you’re indulging in a leisurely brunch or savoring a candlelit dinner, Le Âme delivers more than just a meal—it offers a moment of transport, a taste of Paris, and a celebration of culinary excellence.

The food and drinks were amazing at Le Ame
. Omar was so attentive and considerate. The bartenders were very busy and seemed to have an hard time paying any attention to us. Omar noticed and was so nice and took care of us. He even came over outside the bar to make sure our drinks were correct. I highly recommend this place and ambience. We will be back. Thank you Omar!

Beautiful restaurant with lots of open seating. You order at the counter and find a seat. They'll give you a number to put on your table. We ordered the brioche egg sandwich and French omelette. Both delicious. Everything came out in about 15 minutes so great timing as well. Pretty straightforward and pleasant experience.

Came for our anniversary and Le Âme made us feel very special. The atmosphere was top notch. Very clean and elegant. The service, including our waiter, Ohannes, was extremely knowledgeable with the menu and so helpful in assisting us with our meal and drink choices. 10/10 would recommend when looking for an intimate dining experience!

UPDATE: I was called shortly after I left this review. I was asked about my feedback and then invited back to the restaurant for a meal with a guest on the house, in hopes of a better experience and review. I was told to call back with my availability and they’d add me to the night. I did so and was acknowledged. But then, I never got a call back to confirm if that worked for them. Reached out again and was told the girl who offered this is no longer works there, but she’d pass on the message along. She also said I should have been contacted by the AGM and was surprised no one followed up. Again, I’ve waited after being told by her that the AGM Ty should be reaching out. Again, no one reached out or followed up. For spending as much as we did and being willing to come again to give a second chance and better review, I’m confused.

Original review: August 24, 2025.
I go between a 2 or 3, because ultimately it should be about the food. I came on a Friday night with a group of 11 of us for my bachelorette. We are in our early 30’s. The ambiance of the global ambassador and Le Ame is wonderful. It’s lively, the decor is fantastic. Serving a group of 11 is a task, but our waiter (I think Francis) was really kind and personable. He gave me a dessert on the house for my bachelorette.

We loved our time but the food is soooo mid. That’s just the truth. We ordered a variety of items: the Paris baguette, escargot, a couple different salads, steak frites, wagyu bolognese, lobster pasta, the twice baked truffle potato.

The food took quite a while to come out and when it did- it was cold. Specifically the two orders of wagyu bolognese. It needed multiple interruptions to add additional salt. It was overcooked in the pasta making it mushy. I was so disappointed! Bolognese isn’t hard to mess up and this just didn’t hit the mark.

Steak frites were great and tasty- done to request.

Twice baked potato delicious and HOT. We ordered two, but only one came to the table. And then shortly after, the waiter came and said “the chef just isn’t feeling the second potato and isn’t in the mood to remake it. Can we offer broccoli or asparagus?” I was shocked to hear this. I have never heard of that.

Crème Brûlée was insanely good. I can’t recommend it enough and the portion is enough to share around 3-5 people.

Overall, I don’t think I’d come back due to the food and the price. Which makes me sad, because the restaurant and ambiance is incredible!

We had dinner last night and ordered escargo, steak frite with truffle fries, short ribs and sole.
Extremely disappointed: the steak and truffle fries were so salty I couldn't finish them. And the short ribs we overly salted too.
I should have returned the food but opted not to since our host (who had the sole) was se excited for us to enjoy dinner there.
This should never happen at such a restaurant. Most likely I will invite my guest to steak 44 or Zinc Bistro

After months of wanting to go and try this trendy spot everyone talks about, I finally had the chance to go try their brunch and it did not disappoint!
Jacob and Derek killed it with their attention and recommendations like the pancrepes with whipped cream and the egg bowl with chicken sausage but nothing prepared me for the best crème brûlée in Arizona!
This place will definitely be part of my rotations from now on when visiting Phoenix and I can’t wait to try more dishes.

After months of having to cancel and reschedule, I finally had the chance to try this restaurant. We reserved a table for 9 PM, and when we arrived, it was very busy and loud—at times, it was hard to hear. I wasn’t sure where the host stand was, so I asked a security guard at the door for directions. He was very kind and walked me to the host stand. I was greeted and seated within a couple of minutes.

Pedro was our server that night, and he was amazing—very kind, helpful, and attentive. The setting and atmosphere featured dim lighting with candles on each table, creating an intimate and romantic vibe. If you’re looking for a great date night idea, this place would be perfect. Unfortunately, it was too loud to hear my friend sitting across from me. That was the only downside, but I understand that the restaurant can’t control the noise level. Perhaps visiting on a different day or time would yield a quieter experience.

I cannot express how unbelievable the food was! Everything was seasoned to perfection, which truly delighted my taste buds. For drinks, we ordered a bottle of sparkling water, one Mexican mule, one Negroni, and two espresso martinis. We also ordered a baguette with butter, wagyu bolognese, a 7 oz filet au poivre, truffle fries, steamed broccoli, mac and cheese, and grilled asparagus. Everything was fantastic and required no additional seasoning.

For dessert, Pedro recommended the Toffee & Pecan Gateaux, which was delicious and not overly sweet.

The total for our meal came to $271.66, not including tip. Just know that Pedro received a generous tip for his excellent service. I will definitely be coming here again, and next time, I plan to try their breakfast and lunch offerings. Give this place a try—you won’t be disappointed!

I took my girlfriend to this gem of a restaurant for her birthday, and it was nothing short of perfect. The atmosphere was effortlessly romantic, dim lighting, soft music, and just the right amount of buzz to feel alive without drowning out our conversation. Every detail felt intentional, like the place was built for moments that matter.
