Went last Saturday night for anniversary. Let me tell you that hotel is hopping. You definitely don't feel like you are in Arizona. Which I'm sure is the point. I'm going to tell you what to order to have a fantastic meal. Start with the Parisian Spritz cocktail. Refreshing and delicious. Then share the steak tartare and the escargot. Makes you feel like being in Paris. When it's time for your entree the branzino and Wagyu pasta can't be beat. My wife doesn't like fish out but declared her dish the best fish she ever had. Needless to say I only got one small taste. The Rumor Rose was suggested by our server and it paired very well. Service was excellent, the crowd was lively and the food was delicious. What more could you want and while a bit pricey it's a heck of a lot cheaper than a trip to Paris. 5 stars all around.

It was okay. Service was great, but almost all of the food came out room temp or cold. The only things that came out hot were things that were served in a hot skillet/cast iron dish. The exception was the creme brûlée, but it was just too thick and not the right consistency or texture for creme brûlée. The truffle twice baked potato was amazing. So were the onion strings. The restaurant is smaller than I would've imagined, but overall it's a cute spot and had a nice ambiance to it. It's cool to see the kitchen at work, but it keeps the place really bright at the same time. I'd be open to trying it again. Most of the food tasted good, but I wasn't "wowed" either. Could've just been because it was brand new when I visited so maybe they worked out the kinks since then!

The food is just amazing, and the service is the best! John, our waiter, was excellent. He was friendly and very knowledgeable of all the menu details and insights. We had a wonderful evening. We'll come back soon!

Absolutely loved our dinner here - can’t wait to come back and try other dishes. My only critique would be to not feel so rushed when ordering. The butter whipped potatoes & ricotta ravioli were stand outs. My filet was cooked perfectly.

The service was great and the ambiance was too. You'll walk in to a large, beautifully decorated bar area with couch and chair seating throughout. Then after you'll head inside or outside to your preferred dining area. I ordered the truffle chicken and it was incredible. The jus was delicious and they don't skimp on portions. I'll definitely be back for more. Others at my table ordered the French onion soup, Caesar salad, waygu bolognese, steak frites, and the Parisian baguette. Everyone enjoyed the food. In my experience you really can't go wrong when ordering.

My wife and I went to Le Ame after hearing about this new French (Parisian) steakhouse concept. The restaurant is located inside the elegant and gorgeous Global Ambassador hotel which is next to the lobby bar on 1st floor. We started off with the Tiny Tini drinks which were simple and tasty, and ordered the Duck spring rolls and French onion soup which were amazing appetizers. The soup is a bit heavy and salty for those who might be sensitive so you’ll definitely need a strong appetite for it.We split the skirt steak and pasta which were so delicious when paired with a beautiful bottle of Bordeaux wine! Overall, we loved this romantic restaurant as it made us feel like we were in France given its beautiful decor and open kitchen concept. The restaurant is not as big as you would expect on the inside, but it’s absolutely perfect for a date night. Highly recommend this restaurant for foodies!

My boyfriend took me here for a celebration. I had such a great experience. Our server was very kind and helpful. He recommended us to get mushroom soup and it was very rich and delicious! For our main course we got the skirt steak and the salmon. The skirt steak was cooked perfectly and was so delicious! The salmon was my favorite! It was cooked perfectly and the dish was very tasty. We got the cement brûlées as well and it was good. The topping was a little soft but it was still tasty!

The ambiance and overall aesthetic were unparalleled. We kicked off our meal with the seafood tower and crab cakes, both of which were simply flawless. Despite our reservation for 9:30, we weren't seated until 9:55. However, the standout of the evening was undoubtedly the sommelier, whose expertise added an extra layer of enjoyment to our experience. She recommended a remarkable Pinot Noir that I would never have chosen myself. Yet, our disappointment peaked when we discovered that the kitchen closed at 10:00, leaving us unable to order dessert. It's perplexing for a steakhouse to close so early on a Friday night, especially without accommodating guests who were seated late. Ultimately, it's the sommelier's exceptional service that might entice me to return.

My best friend and I came here to share our birthday dinner together as we have the same birthday. We at first didn't realize the restaurant was in a hotel but the ambience was such a vibe. We made a reservation and was immediately sat when we got there. The thing I love about this concept is that they have multiple bars and the restaurant in the lobby of the hotel. It was pretty busy for a Thursday night and we went a little late but they had all the options on the menu except for the crab dish that I was a little upset we weren't able to try. We started off with two cocktails from the menu, which were decent, but nothing special. We decided on some oysters and the French onion soup for a starter. The oysters were a little smaller but very tasty. The French onion soup was definitely the star of the show. We came here specifically for the soup and it definitely lived up to its expectations. We then tasted some wine, but I personally did not care for any. I do love that they had a sommelier to recommend and sample any wines. We ended up getting French martinis instead of wine which were a safe choice. For a main dishes we decided on the Wagyu Bolognese and the steak frites. The bolognese was decent, it could've used more sauce. I probably wouldn't recommend this dish. The steak frites on the other hand was AMAZING. My friend and I shared both dishes and we could not get enough of this dish. We also ordered a side of garlic aioli for the fries which took it to a whole other level . The server knew it was our birthdays, and he brought out two cream puffs with this amazing chocolate ganache sauce. Our experience here was definitely outstanding, and I would recommend coming here over any of the hyped up Scottsdale restaurants. We will be coming back for dinner again and to try the brunch menu!
