Worst service ever. Took 30 minutes to get chili cheese fries. First and last visit.

Lenny’s Burger doesn’t mess around with the main event. The burger is exactly what you want when you’re hungry and honest with yourself—juicy beef, cheese that actually melts instead of clumping, and a bun that can take the abuse. It’s the kind of burger that makes you nod mid-bite, like, yeah, this is why I came here.

But then the fries crash the party. Too salty, too oily—like they’ve been cooked in the same vat since the Clinton administration. They’re edible, sure, but they don’t match the burger’s swagger. You get halfway through and suddenly you’re reaching for water, wondering if this is what dehydration in the desert feels like.

And here’s the kicker: twenty-one bucks for the large combo. Twenty-one. For a burger, fries, and a drink. That’s pushing into “I better be getting table service and artisanal ketchup” territory. At Lenny’s, you’re not. You’re sitting under fluorescent lights, unwrapping paper, and realizing you just spent the better part of a Jackson for the privilege.

Still, if we’re being real—the burger redeems it. Maybe not twenty-one-dollars-redeems-it, but enough to make you forgive, at least temporarily, the overpriced, salt-bombed sides. You’ll grumble about it walking out, but you’ll come back anyway. Because a burger that good has a gravity all its own.

When you arrive at the speaker expect 2 to 5 minutes for any kind of response. I said hello 10x + and nothing. This has happened multiple times... the couple times I did wait the 5 minutes, I had to wait an additional 15 to 25 minutes for my order. Lennys is running straight to the ground, the other locations have closed and this one has to be next with the unreliable employees, customer service and uncaring of the store in general. Please avoid at all cost to avoid disappointment.

This restaurant just went through a major remodel and the finished product was amazing! The food and Service aligned with the remodel and was fantastic. I have a gluten allergy and they were able to lettuce wrap my burger and everything tasted delicious. I will be going back to this establishment in the near future. Thank you for a great meal!

I have to say this place has delicious food, great service and has a great atmosphere. The variety of shakes really tops off the meal. Love this place.
