At the same time they were attending all other customers then I had noticed they gave a recently arrived customer their ice cream quickly while mine hadn't even been started yet, on top of the fact that the cashier was on his phone on and off when and didn't even wash his hands when he went to make orders.

Order took a bit to place, only one self serve kiosk in the store and one person taking orders. Waited almost 20 min for order to be cooked and brought out. Got food to go. Opened at destination, 3 min later, partners sandwich had maybe 3 pieces of pastrami, one being mostly fat, very upset and no time to go back to do anything. My patty melt was good as were the fries, only reason not a zero star review.

This place should be stripped of the Lenny’s name. We usually go to the one at 35th and Thunderbird, but this one is closer to my dad’s new place house. The fries weren’t crispy and the burgers were sort of grey. Not appetizing like I’m used too. Nothing seemed fresh. When we tried to order milkshakes to go after we’d eaten, we were told that it could be as much as a 10 minute wait, like they didn’t want to sell us them. They were good but smaller than the ones I’m used to on 35th. I guess I’ll just drive up there next time.

I placed a pick up order & while it wasn’t the fastest service the quality of my order was highly unmatched. I ordered a chili dog with chili cheese fries & I have to say they did not disappoint in the slightest, highly recommend & I will return again
Let’s start with the food. The meat was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The fries were OK. The bread from 1 to 5. I’d give it a 2 it was close to stale and as for the chili cheese fries, I’m not a fan of nacho cheese on my chili cheese fries so I give that a 0 but then again my fault I should have asked. I might be wrong but the last time I was there was years ago and they had shredded cheese but then again I may be wrong. NOW for the guy that took my order you know who you are next time don’t pet and let the dog lick your hand while you give dogs food through the drive through window and then with the gloves you use to handle my food. As much as I love dogs I don’t need to be reminded that my food might have a dog hair in it while I’m eating, but hay life’s a risk I guess. Luckily for me. There was no dog hair in my food, which is a fear that nobody should be going through while eating their food. This was around 10pm ish 01/19/26 Lenny’s you need to do better. Maybe hire some adults to take care of the kids at night. Other than That food was OK. Oh and 75cents for one side of dressing!! At least make it 2 for a $1. $35 and I still gotta pay more for something that should be a choice. But then again, who am I kidding I made the choice to go there so the jokes on me. At least I got a paper“doggy bag” not a plastic one like every other store. 😂

Best prices and biggest portions, along with best pastrami sandwiches, fish baskets, and shake flavor varieties! I love the nostalgia, the fifties style deco, music, and a screen that flashes old movie clips and parts from bygone shows, is so amazing and fun to watch! It is so difficult to find all this in such a well rounded package as well as the previously mentioned great food and prices around our town, so go here for a tasty treat, you will not be disappointed! (Hot meals program accepted, down load their app for ease of delivery & great deals).

The burger was excellent, it was very juicy and cooked perfect. The shake that I ordered was also great. The only downside is that the fries were not hot, but they were still perfectly salted and delicious. I'm really happy to finally say that I've tried Lenny's, because the one closer to my house never answers their drive-thru even after multiple attempts.
