Drove all the way from near Westgate just to eat here! I miss having them just down the street.

Sketchy area, chicken tasted days old, shrimp still had shrimp poop in it and smelled past due date, water tasted gross, ice tea tasted gross, pop tasted gross, almost everything felt like a hazard to eat. I think the health department should pay a visit. - I don't like to put bad reviews often, but 90% of the food a and 100% of the drinks are a safety concern.
I highly advise to avoid this place

Already gave review. I would recommend but not the best service go figure. Also they need to update everything because once again a place is misleading, uninforming, and in correct. Everybody loves false advertising.

We were very impressed with the amount of food they gave us on 2 take out dinners. The food was very good. I loved the fried rice and sesame chicken. Flat out yummy.

It was horrible. Staff speaks only Spanish. Orange chicken tasted nothing like it should, fried rice was old, salad bar empty and apparently it was “no gone.” The teriyaki chicken was fried with a bowl of teriyaki sauce next to it and egg rolls were discolored inside and were also fried to a crisp, hard boiled looked like wax. I literally ate 2 sesame chicken bites and left. The health department along with ICE needs to visit this place.

Little few choices(small buffet) only thing that was decent was the fried rice which for 13.99 per person for a buffet and only eating a plate of rice is ridiculous so to me not worth it.
Other Food looked like it had been sitting there
Not good at all. Not coming here again

Restaurantji Recommends
I just can't, in good faith, recommend this place as a buffet. The size of the the buffet is that of a motel's continental breakfast spread, at best.
The quality was *ok*. There is very little choice, a lot of pork and fried foods. It did cross my mind, later, when I had some tummy trouble it might have been because of this restaurant. All of this at the price of a grand buffet.
If I hadn't paid $20 to get out of there (before tip), maybe it could be considered adequate for grazing.
Perhaps the actual a la carte, takeout or non-buffet food is good. I just can't bring myself around to try that again.
Cute place. Wasn't as cute and old school charming as the pictures on Google made it look like, though.

The chinese food at Lim's is amazing, 99% of everything I tried was a home run, this is a long running restaurant of the north Phoenix area, but one thing caught my attention like no other, their Teriyaki Chicken with the side sauce is like no other, it's a shared recipe from another restaurant I used to go called the Golden Nugget in west Phoenix, when this is paired with their fried rice you can't go wrong, I will be a returning customer from now on.

Only like a dozen options. Most of the food tastes funny. Hole in the wall place but charges just as much as the big buffets.
