Ordered take out a head of time. Came to location and the worker says “sorry we gave ur order to someone else” like what??? Waited extra 20 minutes for them to remake the order. Avoid this location!! Gave our order to wrong person. Like can you explain?

No sense of urgency or organization in the slightest. Store is damaged as well. Girl at the counter looked like they didn't want be there at all. Can't blame her tho. Don't recommend coming here even if you place an order. While I did my 30 plus minute wait, 3 other people walked in with online orders had to wait for their food due it being posted on the screen it was ready but no food in the locker
Just bought 2 pizzas they are terrible not even warm i want my money back

Got my email saying my order was ready arrived and my order was in fact NOT ready still waited 15 minutes for my order, cashier was not at all inviting or polite... maybe some special training on how to have some friendly customer service can be had here at this location.

I continued to give this store a chance after the time they undercooked my food but there's always some issue some of which seem like something that just shouldn't happen at little caesars

I placed the order online, they charged and it doesn't appear, you have to return 30 minutes later. Very bad service
I ordered 20 pizzas for an event ahead of time drove 30 min to get there when I arrived they told me the order had cancelled and that they had refunded me the money because they were too busy and it would take to long to make an order that big

Doordasher here. Absolutely DESPISE this place! They constantly have HOURS-LONG wait time because they frequently run out of prepared pizza dough, making me have to call my customers and ask if they'd like a refund and unassign myself from their orders. I even had my phone stolen one time in less than 10 seconds of me leaving to get my pizza bag real quick.

Very bad service from the cashier, he serves you with very little will, it is the third time I go. And his attitude is always the same if he does not want to work he does not work but customer service is very important

I ordered 2 large pizzas. I never got a msg saying when my pizza order was ready (where i had been waiting, in front of the establishment). About 10 minutes after it should have been ready, I went in to inquire about it. I was told it was almost ready. When I received it, I asked for napkins, plates, and parmesan and was told "not available" on all inquiries. Bummer.. .
As I was driving away, I reached for my 1st piece. I was SO disappointed.. It was not only COLD, but burnt black on the bottom!! I couldn't even scrape it to the semi burnt stage! My dogs wouldn't even eat it!!!
The other day I went back and got one of their ready made pepperoni pizzas and was delighted to find, it was PERFECT!!!
I will go back there again, but I'll check the pizza before I leave the parking lot.
So, be cautious and look before leaving.

The employees were so rude and extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. They clearly don’t care about customers or the restaurant. They treated me like it was a problem that I wanted to pay for a pizza and I was an inconvenience. A company should want employees that respect not only the customers but also little Cesar’s reputation for great food and quality service. If this company really cares about customers and their business they will find new staff for this location that care and want to make customers return for business. Are you unaware of the reviews on this particular location? I sure hope not because then your the problem too. Customers aren’t asking for to much for wanting good food that should be company standard and employees who actually care about their job . It should be a privilege to work for your company not a right . I also sent this review to support and I really hope the staff working their tonight see this review so they can hopefully make a change because they are not going to get very far in life with this attitude and disrespect.
