They completely messed up my online order. I ordered the pepperoni pretzel stuffed crust with pizza sauce pizza with crazy bread and crazy sauce. This is what I always order so I know what it looks like. Well I get home tland there is no crazy sauce and the pizza is just the normal stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. The tag on the order is correct but not 1 but 2 items are wrong/missing. This is so annoying. I tried calling in to complain but good luck getting a hold of a manager which is who they say you have to talk to about wrong orders. Guess I'll just dispute the charge with my credit card. Do not go to this location. I usually go to the one at central and Dunlap and have never heard a problem at that location.

So there's the before picture from an Uber eats delivery from the 5th extra most bestest pizza and there was nothing bestest about it. So I ordered another one today and explained what happened and the manager (Aaron) made me a fresh pizza (the pic on the plate) with no charge or questions asked. Id have to say was the best customer service I've received from anywhere in a long time. Thanks for making the order right ! ?

It's just such a tiny store the parking lot is such a pain in the butt but the food's good service is fine, it's Little Caesars there's nothing to Grand about it is what you expect

This is the second order from this restaurant that has been cooked so poorly, it was almost inedible and was thrown away. This last visit was astonishingly atrocious. The store had no proper bags for the crazy bread and instead just wrapped them in the plastic carryout bags. The deep dish pizza was just flattened out dough instead of being baked in the pan. Lastly, the new crazy puff bread was so poorly made, it'll be hard to order that again. This place is a poor excuse for a Little Caesars restaurant and it's damaging its reputation with every pizza this establishment makes.

No one is ever taking orders and when I or relatives order online we almost never get our food either they don't deliver it or we have to ask for a refund (THIS LOCATION IS TERRIBLE)

Food was as expected for the brand, the folks working there were polite and direct making it a quick stop for lunch.Parking: The parking lot only has a handful of spaces and it's pretty narrow making it difficult for large sedans and full size trucks to park. However, the adjacent street has some parking if you're ok with walking an extra 30 yards.
They are so rude I ordered a pizza and it said it will be ready at 45 minutes and i went like and hour after and it was not ready and the guys there he just told me ill be one hour whait or i cancelled whit attitude

I ordered my pizza at 6 pm online, it was 7:45 and it didn't arrive. I went to the store and waited 30 more minutes. They explained to me that the driver took my order but never delivered it.Kid-friendliness: It is not good for children, there are a lot of homeless people and I looked at a lady who delivers pizza and she was a dirty person without personal hygiene.

I just wanted to point out that I usually come on to this spot to pick up good orders for myself to bring back home and I only live like 7th Street Subway from my home to this location. I was not satisfied with my order when I walk all the way through back to my home from 16th Street to 9th Street on Roosevelt in Phoenix Arizona. And all of a sudden I looked in my order what I got is my crazy bread and my cheese pizza cheese pizza was okay I can't complain about that but my cheesy bread order or it was actually the crazy bread combo that comes with eight piece of breadsticks with the side of crazy sauce blend seasoning or Italian seasoning and didn't put any butter sauce with Parmesan or crazy cheese sauce on top of it. I have worked with Little Caesars before and this was a poor service the person who was working there was a big Mexican guy and there is another associate with glasses. And I was not satisfied with my order crazy bread combo was supposed to be a good flavor seasonings on but there was nothing on it. I would happily to speak with the manager,
