I had a good experience on this particular day, that could change on any given day because I have had less than satisfactory results from this location on previous dates. All of these fast food places have horrible service and sometimes they have their good days. So I will just prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

Wheelchair accessibility: It would be extremely difficult for anybody with a disability to enter the facility considering the door is very heavy and they don't have an automatic door button for anyone who is handicapped. It is also very small inside just like every other Little Caesars.

Ayo these people got it right. I'm always in the area been comin here for a fat ass minute and they used to always look so overwhelmed and like they were drowning with orders. I came today and these mfs got a tight ship now, even tho they got a line out the door a dozen orders in the window, customers bein extra. The current team is the shit. They all work as a team as a unit and they should be proud of themselves. I love seein people rise to the ocassion even when shit is difficult.

Rachel and her team deserve high praise, a high raise, and some extra pies for their loved ones.

Ordered my 2 pizzas at 3:30 promised time was 4:00. Drove over showed up at 4:05 told the person at the front I'm here for my pick up order, he said it's almost ready, he charged me and I waited until 4:20 and asked the status about my order, he went to the back to check, walked back to the front and said they threw my pizzas away because somebody called to cancel them. I never called to cancel I told him, he said that he was just joking and didn't know where my pizzas went and that they are putting them in the oven as we speak. I told him to refund my money and I left. Horrible customer service, I called in Pizza patron and had my order ready by the time I got there.

Pizza quality has gone down here for sure. Pizza under cooked and and thin when I didn't ask for a thin crust. There's always a long wait.

They said 20, even so I think it's a lot for a pizza that should be ready. and then I asked and each time they told me 5 more minutes You could see the workers talking and laughing without trying to make an effort.

Whats the point in ordering ahead of they are mot ready? Rep was super rude and passive Crystal did not offer any empathy when asking why the order I ordered at 1230 was not ready for pickup at 530 and now I'm being told it's still not ready. Really rude when I informed her i would be late to a funeral. Kitchen staff was very rude making snide comments in the back when I asked why the order I placed at 1230 was not ready for pickup at 530 and still had to wait 20 additional minutes. Gross atmosphere gross staff... just go to barrow pizza

Poor customer service and nasty attitudes. Always packed and take forever with orders, especially during dinner time. I understand high stress times can be difficult, but they have several employees in the evening who lack in class and professionalism. It is never okay to talk mess about your customers when customers can hear you or to be rude to them.

The ceasers staff at this location is terrific for being a small location compared to others. Even when there lobby is packed it doesn't stay that way for long. And even the orders get messed up they usually correct it.
