would not recommend this location to anyone. The customer service was absolutely horrible. I placed an online order expecting it to be ready when I arrived, but instead I had to wait at the store as if I hadn’t ordered ahead at all. The staff showed no urgency or care in resolving the issue, and the whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. If you’re looking for convenience or decent service, this is not the place to go.

If I could give zero starts I would. I will never be ordering from this location anymore. They have teenager workers who are just playing and goofing off. I had ordered my pizza through the app and it said it was going to be ready at 4:43pm, well pizza was not given to me until 5:30. I had to stand there in a crowd of other people waiting for their pizza, and all you could hear them say was “whose pizza is this?” Nobody was up in the front taking orders, they were all in the back chatting and trying to figure out pizzas. The system wasn’t down, so I don’t know what the problem was. If you’re not able to manage a location why have it open. You have all these pizzas getting cold, and they have no idea whose they are. My pizza was cold, I was late for my meeting and thanks to a company who doesn’t care about its customers.

Very bad service... there is no one to assist you or tell you if you can wait... and they bother telling them to help you. Terrible service, a dark-haired woman with headphones and ignoring people.
My food is extremely cold I ordered online went to pick it up it wasn't in the pick up sat there waiting for someone to come to front counter she finally came with head phones on and argued saying I already got my food then she goes in the back and grabs my food. I won't never get food from this location the one on 51st and glendale is way better worth the extra drive
