Little Caesars Pizza

Done a order on line, ordered a thin crust pepperoni w/ extra cheese and pepperoni and LIGHT sauce I got heavy sauce and my pizza was sticking to the box.

Usually never my go to for pizza but when you have kids it definitely a safety net. Unfortunately the last two times I have purchased pizza from the specific location both my kids have gotten extremely sick- severe stomach aches, nausea, and heavy vomiting. I have already made a complaint with the health department and hopefully they do something as I see there are plenty of other reviews regarding their food handling .

Never order delivery, this review is for door dash more than LC. We all know LC is a low cost leader, its only good fresh. My kids love it or I would never get it. They wont eat it cold. Arrived cold, kids hangry, life not easier because of pizza delivery. Just pick it up!

Hard pass. Don’t order online you still going to wait another half hour. I had dude refund me because I had to wait another 7 minutes. Dude I ordered at 3:48pm it is 4:20pm as of now. Nope y’all hide all this time

We ate here twice since my kids only wanted pizza while attending a dance convention. The food was good! The staff were amazing the first time but the second time, the manager on duty came to the drive thru window said "drive thru is closed" and slammed the window. The neighborhood is a bit shady though.

This has got to be the worst one I’ve ever been to. You wait forever for a pizza you ordered over 30+ minutes prior just to pick it up and its NEVER fully cooked or cut! The food quality is horrible and they don’t even keep pizzas in the warmers they just throw them up on the counter and leave them there until it’s picked up. And don’t get me started on how rude and dismissive the staff are to customers and ESPECIALLY door dashers. I will no longer go to this location.

Unfortunately Little Caesars is in a hot spot of panhandlers and homeless people .

Gets kinda swamped during dinner times so ready made pizzas are kinda rare, but overall real good. They seem to pay attention to custom orders too! Just order from the app to save on wait time!

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are standard pizza affair. Basic cheese to custom veggie pizzas are your bread and butter.

This place should just close down already. I'm looking through the reviews and it looks like majority agree. Service is ALWAYS horrible. There's ALWAYS a ridiculous wait time. You order in advance and somehow still end up having to wait for your order. I just ordered 2 pizzas today in advance and when we got the confirmation that our order was ready we went in to pick up and we're told they "haven't received our order yet" we showed them email confirmation saying pizza was ready and they said "it's just now coming in" so we had to wait another 20-30 minutes for the order we made over an hour in advance and got confirmation was ready to pick up. There's no leadership what so ever and all the workers seem to not care of how the customers feel. When they see our frustration of things being incorrect they give attitude as if it's our fault. PLEASE save yourself maybe 3 hours of your day and get pizza hut near by instead. Price may be more but it beats dealing with these people

I am right here right now 3:40 pm and the ladies who is the cashier and preparing food is using same gloves to get cash payments from customers and preparing food, I didn’t want to make this review so I kindly asked her to change her gloves before going back to prepare food . And she said no that it was right as long she doesn’t touch the food, that it is what the health department says, and I told her bit you are touching everything thing else like the boxes, and container she touch the inside and the waxed paper for bread sticks. And she said NO IT IS RIGHT. I DONT HAVE TO CHANGE IT EVERY TIME!! That is really DISGUSTING. Is the lady with the dirty PINK HAT.

My pizza came with a very long hair embedded in the crust. After being promised a refund by customer service they kept going back and fourth with me for over two months and finally told me they're doing their best and there's nothing they can do. I ended up just disputing the charge with my credit card company to get a refund.

Arrived for my paid pizza to find about 10 people that had been waiting for about 10 minutes for their pizza. Employees were all talking to each other about non work related things and when the customer at the register asked for assistance employees ignored him. Everyone had to step in to also yell for assistance because the employees were all ignoring us. When we all asked for help they yelled at us telling us to wait. Then in the end my pizza was poorly cut and one of the slices was stuck to the box. DO BETTER!

I’m standing here waiting for my order and I’ve watched multiple employees wipe their mouths, their nose, use the cash register and then go back to making pizzas. Not once have any of them stopped to wash their hands. This has to be the most disgusting thing I have seen. I didn’t even eat my pizza I immediately walked out and threw it into the trash. I’ll be contacting the health dept and corporate. The guy at the register with the dreads literally opened a soda and made a drink at the register while taking my order…. I’d recommend no one to eat here there is serious health and safety issues at this place.
