I waited over an hour for my food and when i asked i was disrespected and given and attitude from the lil girl named SIERRA working the register @ the( phx, az - central & Dunlap ave location.Whoever is in charge needs to control the disrespectful children running the place. I will be making sure her superior knows about this

The app said it was going to be done at 7:40, we waited at the store for 40 minutes to get a burnt pizza. Literally burnt. And the pizza bites were cold. The first time we waited for well over an hour. This location is the worst.

Management has got to do a better job. I won’t even blame the employees. How do you advertise pick up but then make people wait an hour plus. It’s ridiculous. People aren’t very nice and can get aggressive. I just got a refund but please think of the safety of your employees.

I'm strongly confused because this is now the SECOND TIME ?! I HAVE GOTTEN MY ORDER AND IT TASTE LIKE ITS LITERALLY BEEN SITTING OVER NIGHT. ITS SO DRY AND TASTE LIKE IM EATING A SPONGE, also we payed 81 cents!!! And they didn't even put it in the bag!!!SO I CALL 2 TALK 2A MANAGER. AND THERE ISNT ONE.. I GET TRANSFERED TO THIS OTHER NUMBER 2 TIMES AND IM ON HOLD FOR MORE THEN 10MIN. SO NOW MY LUNCH IS RUINED AND I WASTED 16$ TO GO IN THE TRASH. THE LADY WAS RUDE AND SAID O THERES NOTHING WE CAN Do! And just transfers me again! I'm super frustrated and let down! Make sure u check your product. ??

We ordered 3 pizzas with lite sauce, we got 3 pizzas with no sauce. Nasty, dry cardboard pizza. Tried calling to speak to the Manager was on hold over 25 minutes, no answer. Would definitely not go here for pizza. The kids were hungry so they ate the topping of the pizza.

went to this location two days ago… and got sick after. two employees weren’t wearing gloves.. very inconsiderate considering customers can see. there was a line and one of the guys from the back came out and hollered at another worker and just left for a break while she was trying to finish orders and was obviously overwhelmed. i’ve been feeling sick for two days! so gross

It took over 20 mins to make a pepperoni pizza. I watch 5 other people order after me and get there pizzas n sides before i did. I was not the only one either. If you didn't look good(pteppyenough) the female taking orders check on your order twice atleast. The oven guy,(aka pizza cutter) just seemed to blow it off tooSome of the worse service i ever had
