We had ordered crazy crust and it wasn’t added on the pizza. Everything else was great!

What a cutie! The young lady at the front counter greeted me with a smile and was very welcoming! Abi is not only beautiful she was helpful! Well versed in her product availability, pricing and wait times.(they’re a busy place) She’s a keeper! Give that girl a raise!

I went in the young lady was polite. I got 2 hot and ready pepperoni which were satisfactory not as greasy as usual which I liked.

I ordered from this place and door dash was supposed to deliver my order. Mind you it was my son's birthday so I was having a party for him at my house. I ordered at 1146am and they said my order would be delivered by 12:27pm. The only update I got was they found a driver and was waiting for my order. At 12:58pm I got a message that the driver was waiting for the order. At 1pm I got a text from little ceaser telling me my order had been canceled and to call them if I had more questions. I spend about $47 so when I did call I was told someone had already picked up the order so to call doordash if I wanted a refund. I then called the driver and he told me when he got there they told him my order had been picked up by someone else as he was told by the restaurant. So I called Lott ceaser back and they told me 4 different people were there to pick up my order. I told them I only got info on one person and I never got the order. The kid tried asking the manager if they can make a different order for me but the manager flat out said no. So I called DoorDash who were more helpful but they told me they were told that the delivery guy decided he didn't want to pick up the order but they issued my refund. So I ordered a different order and went to the store and spoke to the manager but he could have cared less and was of no help. He said he watched the guy pick up my order and took a picture. I showed him the text messages i got from the delivery guy he was waiting for my order But the manager just walked away. Believe it or not they messed up the order I went to pick up. I just said we'll someone got my free food and they just ignored me like they didn't do anything wrong. I usually refrain from writing bad reviews but these people were very rude and cold especially the manager.

Came in for a delivery they had me wait 20 extra minutes for 2 puff orders and a cheese pizza they dont respect people trying make money which im only getting 6 dollars for

Reviews speak for themselves here. This place is run by minors who cant make a fully cooked pizza, be professional, etc etc. Perfect place for employees to learn 👌but customers beware. Quality of food here is worse than a gas station
. I put a order online and waited over an hour to get my food. Like a said . Place is run by unexperience people. Owner should start taking things serious here

This little Caesars is horrible. We order our pizzas online at 3:30pm and just now at 4:47pm our order was ready. No to mention, the bread sticks were cold and our crazy puffs. I don’t recommend anyone ordering online from this place.

Don't get delivery, they use DoorDash, and they have messed up my order 2 different times! The first time I had 1 stuffed-crust pizza missing, they had stuck a cold hot and ready. I did get refunded for that order. The second time I ordered 4 pizzas, 2 were missing. They refused to refund me because I got compensated the last time?! Yet they didn't do anything to help. I paid for 4, only got 2, and they didn't offer to deliver or give me half my money back, which I considered stealing. As a matter of fact, don't order Little Caesars pizza; they can't care less about customer service or quality.

Every time we’ve been forced to order from this location, the food come out either burnt or doughy raw—and both will wreck your stomach. It’s not just once in a while either, there’s an issue with every single order. There was a time we were even given old breadsticks. Save yourself the disappointment and skip this spot.

Had an in order delivered to me late at night and the pizza was not cooked. Went back up to the store and they had closed so I'm we stood outside knocking on the door while the employees were cleaning and they kept telling me they were closed and the young employees were giggling about us repeatedly knocking. I kept knocking cause I wanted my money back. They received us as the last order of the night and did not care how the pizza looked or if it was done because it was a a delivery order!!! They were flat and uncooked!!!!! Finally the manager came to the door after we stood outside for twenty minutes watching them stare at us and clean up and he grabbed the pizzas from my hand and told us to come back in the AM for a refund because their registers were closed and machines were off. We still have not got our money or our pizzas. I do not recommended this place at all. If I was able to give 0 Stars I would!!!!!
