Little Caesars Pizza

Service was quick but when I got home I realized they gave me a 5 dollar bill that was missing the serial number on the left side 😕

Disappointed. I preordered for pickup, arrived as it was ready. The staff seemed off, paid for six ranch they only had two. She didn't offer to exchange, I had to ask. Pizza was cut really weird, and she couldn't even tell me about the specifics of my order that was placed because it asked for a tip but pretty sure I added one to the order before hand.

I ordered for them to be delivered to a school and it said it would get here at 3pm. They gave it to a driver with 4 other orders no where near my school. And they did not communicate this until I called after seeing the delivery times change to later that was originally said. He said it would be 30 minutes before he got to me as he was at the mall dropping stuffs. By time he would show up the building would be closed and I would have no use for the pizzas. I tried to have it canceled but was told I couldn't get a refund. I was told to let him complete the order and then call for the rrefund. I spoke to multiple customer service people one of which told be I would get a refund first in credits then directly to my card. When I asked can I get email to document that he said he didn't want to make promises then huh up on me. The next lady I spoke to claimed I requested and approved a cancelation 15 minutes prior which was false as I told each representative I would not unless they gave me the refund. So I never got the food and im out 82 dollars. This is not the first time I have had issues at this little Caesars from lost of items to late delivery to random cancelation.

Overcooked, stand-offish staff. I'm sure they're consistently over cooking them, because it would be the same staff cooking all day. It's a waste of money to eat a dried out over cooked pizza.

Go to the one on 83rd, every time my family orders from this one they always put very little toppings or all the toppings are all in the middle with still very little. Is it really that hard to put toppings in right?

What a absolute joke of a Little Caesars. I ordered a pizza over the phone and the young lady had an attitude. And when I came to pick it up . The guy said i couldn’t buy ranch with it had to a separate transaction. No wonder all the little Caesar’s in phoenix Arizona has horrible reviews.

The absolute worst fast food experience I have ever had. Arrived at store 10min after order was ready to give them extra time. Order was not in the fast portal. Instead I had to wait in line and get it. After waiting 10min in line I get my order and had to rush home only to find out my order is incorrect. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Cashier was on his ear buds entire time also, having a conversation and not paying attention to the full lobby.

I give 5 stars for giving us 15 bags of cookies and pizza is delicious as ever

I just ordered a stuffed crazy crust pizza from this store and I went to grab a slice of it and the bottom of the pizza was absolutely disgusting and the service was horrible (coming from someone who works fast food)

Whoever took my order 2/15/25 @ 3:19pm has a nasty attitude take phone orders ! She need to work at the temp service with that attitude
