I was eating a slice of pizza and there was a piece of plastic in my slice. Seems like it came from the corner of a plastic bag or something. I threw that slice so fast in the trash. I could of accidentally swallowed that. Come on guys pay attention to the food you prepare.

How has nothing been done about this location yet? I use delivery because it’s a lot easier when you have 4 children and are really busy. And they send someone through DoorDash. Every. Single. Time. Something. Is. Wrong. With. My. Order. This time, it just so happens 2 out of the 3 pizzas I ordered didn’t get delivered and they gave us the wrong drink. I tried to call the store and hung up after 14 minutes of nobody answering the phone. How do you hand a driver an incomplete order? And my orders are never refunded or compensated because DoorDash says it doesn’t “qualify” for compensation. How do you not refund when more than half an order is missing?! Little Caesar’s does nothing. When you are able to contact the store they make you feel like you’re the one at fault and they do not care. Maybe the NFL will switch to a different pizza company because they’re advertising for a lousy company.

Compared to the Little Caesars on 43rd and Peoria, these guys are saints. As I walked in an employee on duty held the door for me as he was about to go growl at some homeless hooligans practicing chemistry in the parking lot or something. Pizza was in fact NOT BURNED and very delicious in cheap pizza standards. These are the Little Caesars employees that will fight and protect you, as legends prophesize

This Little Caesars is literally Little Mexico blasting Spanish music employees barely spoke English on top of it they didn't have no change at all I had to provide it but the sound of the music was so loud like we were in a Mexican dance music restaurant

Last Night: 10/25/25 I had the WORST experience at a Little Caesars in my life.
It’s a Saturday Night, I knew it was going to be busy. I get up to order, the guy tells me its going to be about 20-30 minutes. That’s fine.
I place my order, 2 simple things. (1) Pretzel Stuffed Crust Cheese Pizza, and (1) Order of Stuffed Crazy Bread, No Crazy Sauce.
The gentleman at the counter asks me twice. “Cheese or Pepperoni.” I say Just Cheese, Please. TWICE.
The man behind the counter does not take down my name for the order. He does not offer me a receipt.
Now it gets packed. Theres 20 people in the lobby with mobile orders that have been waiting. There’s a woman there who then tells me she’s been waiting since 5:00 for her order for 5:30. I got there at 6:00. The workers are clearly stressed, but they’re yelling and cussing at eachother in front of customers. The only decent worker was the woman last night. Bless her heart.
I then waited an HOUR. An hour for two items. Then when I am handed my stuff he reads off the order. “Pepperoni stuffed crust and crazy bread.” I look confused, I correct him. “This was supposed to be cheese, no pepperoni.”
Instead of apologizing or offering to fix it, the dark haired man doubled down “Well I asked you twice.” You did. I said No Pepperoni. My sister is Vegetarian. Then, I opened the bread box. It’s the italian cheesy bread, NOT the stuffed crazy bread.
At that point, the worker got an attitude, claiming thats what I ordered, very unpleasant and unprofessional. I decided to cut my losses. An hour wait, no offer if a refund or a refire. I gave this horrendous order to a homeless person as I drove to go get something else for my family.
0/5 Stars. I recommend NOT going to Little Caesars, and if you DO decide to. Don’t go to this location.
No leadership, no organisation, no customer service, waiting for over 30 minutes after arriving to pick up my online order.

Idk what kind of people run this place but this is just terrible. I order my food at 10pm and didn't get it until 10:45pm. It wasn't busy there was 1 door dash order infront of me and she had also been waiting for 15 minutes. Plus the pics of establishment was horrendous like come on health hazard. Plus I saw how the gentleman took my puffs out of the tin with BBQ tongs and was scrapping the burnt piece off of the tin. Like wow thats just terrible. I didn't see how my food looked until I got home but I should have opened it right there because this is just disappointing. I wanted to switch from Domino's to little Cesar but now I think I'll just stick to Domino's.

I ordered a cheese pizza and the pizza was made with more marinara sauce and with very less cheese and the pizza was not properly baked. I am disappointed.
