I asked for a fresh pizza they said ok itll be 10 mins they hand me a pizza the time on thw box was from before i went in the store stop being lazy when someone order a fresh pizza and wait 10 mins to get a pizza yall had sitting thats shady and bad bussiness period.

Do not eat from this location, these were the breadsticks I ordered, 30 minutes after opening. this isn’t even edible, the pizzas were disgusting. I’ve tried this location 3 times now and each time has been more disappointing than the first. I’ll drive ten minutes to another location before I order from here again. YUCK!

Waited 20 mins only to find out our food was ready the ENTIRE time just sitting in the hot hold. When we finally got it, it was wrong. Didn't want to wait any longer so we got a refund. Counter guy up front was super creepy when women customers came in too. I'd take the extra time to drive to a different location. This one ain't it.

A lot of homeless hang out here , my pizza wasn’t fresh and they canceled my online order so I had to reorder in store. The guy who helped me at the register was nice but other than that I wouldn’t come to this location again.

High incompetent group of individuals. Let a customer walk right in front of others because he looked familiar. Told the stooge behind the counter I wanted the wings plain and yet he still put sauce on them. Hot and ready was old and cold. Manager tried to make excuses why it was acceptable. It was not. Usually LC on point but this location doesn't represent the brand.
Today was the second time in a row that my pizza had little to no sauce!!!!!! The character making the pizza's seriously looked EXACTLY like "IT" from the Adam's family- bucket hat hair completley covering his face....... This location needs serious help !!!!

Terribly managed store. I ordered 2 hours in advance and it wasn't ready upon arrival. Customers were stacking up in the front and the counter employee was lost. He kept checking on my order and would tell me just a couple of minutes. About 6 times. While there I stood back and just observed. Only one employee was wearing gloves while handling and assembling pizzas. While there I noticed several pizzas in boxes just sitting on a counter in the prep area. As it turned out, one of them was mine. So, it was basically cold. The employee finally figured out my order of pizza and wings. I had to put them in the oven at home. The pizza warmed up okay and was good, but the wings were mediocre. Just an off taste.

Workers just in the back laughing while trying to get their attention because we had our online order ready since 20 past the time and I seen them grab it off the counter in the back it had been sitting there thw entire time all they had to do was go to the front counter and give it to me but they decided to stand around and laugh while I said excuse me to them to get their attention Except guy with long hair came up to help

This location should be visited by The health department .. They don't use gloves when preparing the pizza, they touch everything and don't wash their hands. Drinks on top counter above pizza ingredients. Will not be visiting this location ever again.
