Little Caesars Pizza

This location is absolute chaos! Last night I placed a pick up order for 3 pizzas. Pepperoni, cheese, and a 3 meat to get picked up at 7 pm. When we arrived at 7:15 we were told it wasn’t yet ready and there was no ETA on it. There was me and 2 other people in the building placing orders. 20 minutes passed and I proceeded to go and see if my order was ready yet again. At this point the whole lobby was filled with people as well as outside. People waiting in their orders. There were probably about 5-6 employees in the building and majority of them were standing around. We were told our 3 pizza order was still not ready so we went outside yet again for another 10 minutes. Customers that placed orders after us were receiving their orders so I went in again to ask about our order and It was still not ready. A older women came in ans I was waiting in the lobby annd placed an order for 5 pizzas, the employee attending this customer said “give me 7minutes and your pizza will be ready” . At the point I asked the employee how will they make 5 pizzas for this customer in 7 minutes but my 3 pizzas that were ordered at 6:30pm were not even ready after 1 1/2 hours! and we were told that our order was the reason they were behind. Very unprofessional. Not once were we offered anything complimentary or anything. Not even a sorry. Just rude comments placing blame on customers. HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMMEND COMING TO THIS LOCATION!!

No stars are worth worst service timeliness I’ve ever experienced at a little Caesar’s. Waited for my CHEESE pizza for 40 min while 12 other people received there more complex orders.

Was unable to contact this location for a pickup i missed on the 28th. Tried 4 times to call to see if I could reput the order or get refund. Eventually I drove in to see if the place was busy and the parking lot was empty. Nobody asked me what I wanted to or even apologized... just handed me a receipt. Deleting my little Caesars app 🙄

We ordered almost $60 worth of food online. We waited for the email that never came, but due to us tracking our order online we thought we knew when the order would be ready for pick-up. Headed over, still waiting for tracker to say the order was ready, but that didn't occur in a decent amount of time, therefore my son went in, put the pizza in the backseat and drove back home which is 5 minutes away. The pizza had to be sitting because it was not hot or warm, it was cool. This is unacceptable. We should have received our order hot and the tracker should have been accurate.

Took 50 min js for 2 pizzas

I was ignored at the drive thru for 18 minutes even though the window cashier saw me. I honked my horn which resulted in a longer wait. I knew they just wanted me to drive away. I stayed and finally ordered but I told him I would complain about his disrespect to a customer. They were fully staffed.

Ricardo M. did an amazing job at taking my order and having outstanding customer service. He even asked how I was doing and everything with a positive attitude. He deserves a promotion!

This place can be so overwhelming, the customer service drives me nuts. They don’t always have ready to go pizza and they don’t always acknowledge you when you pull up to drive-thru or walk up to register. Pizza is ok price is decent

Nobody works the front in store

Horrible, had to wait an hour for my pizza after they messed up the order. Tried asking for the managers contact but they refuse to give it to me. Don't order from here.
