Ordered ahead of time and everyone that was ordering was getting their pizzas before me ridiculous. Plus pizza was cold

Currently trying to put a phone order in. No I don't have the app and I won't start now. But currently on the phone and now this is the 7x that it's ranged till I'm ask to leave a voicemail. Their employees complain about lunch and dinner rushes, but yet have done nothing to be prepared for these rushes. They throw a bunch fit when customers order more than one pizza. You guys are a business within multiple residential areas. Why can't y'all ever just prepare. You know that times and days it gets busy so prepared better

We ordered a pizza (didn't check it) got home and it wasn't the right one. Took it back and they remade it and still couldn't get it right.

It's a hit or miss on the pizza here. Either it's made to perfect or not so good.

This used to be my go-to little Caesars but now I don’t think I’ll be going back. When I went to serve the pizzas I realized our container of marinara for the crazy bread was moldy. The entire top was covered in a white fuzz - gross. If it was that moldy who knows how clean everything else was. Needless to say I’ll be taking a break from Little Caesars.

ordered online for pick up , they don't even acknowledge that your there. I had my infant with me he was sleeping,so drive thru was convenient. but no one ever came to the window. so had to take my sleeping kid out and go in to pick my order up. they suck here!

Slow!!! Mobil order said pick up time was 4:22pm didn’t get my order I’ll 5pm. Won’t be back

Order delivery when is final came only had half the order when I called they continued to put me on hold or hang up ended up final after 5th time call while i was on hold i had my husband take everything back and talk to manager they did nothing. Worse service and food ever.

Well the time they gave me estimated to be ready I even got there 5 minutes past and it still wasn't ready and tell me to wait another 10 minutes I went to the drive-thru pick up thinking it was ready they charged me then they tell me it'll be another 10 minutes I'm like that's more than 40 minutes that's 50 minutes then I told him if they could just add on an extra Pizza just to figure out the difference and they said they didn't have nothing ready they were behind and I said isn't it online is supposed to be better but I was just very upset with the employees attitude in the Drive-Thru and had me wait additional 10 minutes more than what they said it would be ready

I ordered an order online and my wife went to get then, SURPRISE, they gave my order to someone else.Multiple people were waiting as well, who were also very upset. they said they would make a new order (pretzel crust and thin crust pepperoni) so ok fine. Took over 25 minutes. Then get home to eat the thin crust was cold. Then they gave me a regular crust pepperoni instead of a Pretzel crust. They decided to sprinkle salt on the regular crust thinking it's OK. Just wasn't a good experience.
