ordered online for pick up , they don't even acknowledge that your there. I had my infant with me he was sleeping,so drive thru was convenient. but no one ever came to the window. so had to take my sleeping kid out and go in to pick my order up. they suck here!

Order delivery when is final came only had half the order when I called they continued to put me on hold or hang up ended up final after 5th time call while i was on hold i had my husband take everything back and talk to manager they did nothing. Worse service and food ever.

Well the time they gave me estimated to be ready I even got there 5 minutes past and it still wasn't ready and tell me to wait another 10 minutes I went to the drive-thru pick up thinking it was ready they charged me then they tell me it'll be another 10 minutes I'm like that's more than 40 minutes that's 50 minutes then I told him if they could just add on an extra Pizza just to figure out the difference and they said they didn't have nothing ready they were behind and I said isn't it online is supposed to be better but I was just very upset with the employees attitude in the Drive-Thru and had me wait additional 10 minutes more than what they said it would be ready

I ordered an order online and my wife went to get then, SURPRISE, they gave my order to someone else.Multiple people were waiting as well, who were also very upset. they said they would make a new order (pretzel crust and thin crust pepperoni) so ok fine. Took over 25 minutes. Then get home to eat the thin crust was cold. Then they gave me a regular crust pepperoni instead of a Pretzel crust. They decided to sprinkle salt on the regular crust thinking it's OK. Just wasn't a good experience.

I know there have been a lot of negative reviews lately so I wanted to leave a positive that happened to me recently. On Thursday 11/30, I ordered on the app for pickup. Wanted a crazy bread stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. The girl at the drive thru window was very apologetic and said they were out of the cheese they use for that crust. She was very professional and nice. They more than compensated for the extra cost of that pizza. I wish I had gotten her name. They were super busy and I just wanted to show my appreciation on here for the great customer service I received that evening. The food was fresh also. Thank you!!
Just witnessed so many health violations, cussing, and just waiting while most workers are talking and shooting the breeze. Two guys were in the back, not dressed for work touching stuff and not cool at all.

Here is what these kids at that Little Caesar handed to me for my hungry children to eat. This is unacceptable! It is just uncooked italian cheese bread! How they dare to do this? What are they doing in there? What if my children eat that? They will surely be stomach sick. I talked to the person in charge and she just looks at me like “wow”. She had no words but to offer if I wanted my refund…?? This is out of control. They can’t even cook their food right?? Close the store all together then!! Why do this to people? I had to drive back to show this and wasted my time and gas for nothing. They could care less what they do in there!

My boyfriend and I went to go pick up a door-dash order and took about an hour or two to prepare two boxes and just to grab two drinks. They were very slow and seem like they didn’t do anything about it. This is so unacceptable.

I like Little Caesars, it's cheap but I very much enjoy the crazy bread and deep dish, especially when it's prepared properly. This is the single worst location I have ever been too. I've been here twice, each time the staff seemed clueless, my order was messed up and it took forever. The second and last time I went, it took two hours to get two orders of crazy bread and a deep dish. The staff messed up my order three times and everyone else's in the restaurant. There was a line out the door because of the constant mess ups and people were leaving after paying. I was there for two hours because I received my correct order (sloppy correct order). Never come to this location.

They literally gave away all 5 of our pizzas like how tf?? and then they didn't wanna give us 5 more that they had like wooooow anyways they suck don't recommend! awful service and it's like musty in there like swamp ass terrible environment
