Open all day and nothing is ready to serve. This business runs on a motto of Hot N Ready and you walk in and nothing is Hot or Ready. What are these employees doing all day?

Small place. Only 3 chairs and the customer service is so bad. They had the longest line, well they ALWAYS do. An therrs hardly anyone at the resgister.

Horrible. A little cliche, but I would literally give 0 starts if I could, except for the pizza thought because I love the pizza. The customer service here is just always so terrible. They never seem to care about customers or care to rush. It is always at least half an hour longer than the expected ready time. This location is the closest one to me and even when I try to order way ahead because I know it won’t be ready on time, I still never get my food when I get there. And I understand sometimes you get behind or whatever, that’s fine, but every time I go thinking it’ll be different and it’s always the same. Today, went in and they said 20-25 past the ready time. Okay figures, so I go do a couple things then come back over 30 minutes later, still another 15 minutes. Eventually, reached over an hour since I placed my order and still not ready. Always a line of people waiting and the employees always end up disappearing. When I went back in the second time there was one person in the back making the pizzas and we had to wait for the other guy to come back from who know where as the store is getting full of customers.

Looks good remodeled. Pizza was a bit better. Service A1 great people. Surroundings, get it to go.

Order took over 45 minutes. Was not busy. I arrived when app stated it would be ready. Took an extra 20 minutes on top. When I arrived I checked in. Food was ready but staff failed to inform me when food was already done

This place is the worst. I ordered 2 cheese pizzas and 2 crazy bread and both the pizzas were burnt and the crazy bread was as bad as the pizza. Burnt and hard as a rock just terrible and on top of that they didn’t even give me a refund and didn’t even offer anything at all to make it right. Very very disappointed and angry.I say fire everyone at this location because clearly they don’t care how they send out their food to their customers. They get a big fat 0 no recommendations and 0 stars if they had that option.Do not order from this place they are just horrible.

Not a good place to place an order
We were given an estimated time to come and pickup( 2 pizzas 2 icb 2 bread sticks order)..
35 minutes later we were still waiting for food...
