The food was cold and not even in a warmer. Several times, I had to wait longer than Guaranteed wait time. Especially with my reservation made a week in advance. Asap order ready late and not kept in a warmer.

How do you mess up breadsticks?? Aside from the breadsticks that are burnt to a crisp and crispy. They were hard croutons in breadstick form. I went in to pick up an order. They workers were running after the previous client because they had given him the wrong pizza. I didn't even get the right pizza.. and the pizza I did get, was burnt.

Please go anywhere else but here. The workers are beyond lazy and refuse to work at a pace to keep up with the orders coming in. They will continue to tell you Your wait time is “3-5 minutes” well beyond 30-35 minutes. The cashier is beyond disrespectful and had no problem screaming towards another customer “he is tired of dealing with dumbasses” maybe he should pick another profession, customer service is def not his strong suit.

I do not recommend this location. Instead of saying they are out of a product (Pretzel crust) they attempt to substitute a regular crust and dress it as a Pretzel. Try to call them THREE TIMES waited over 20 minutes total & no answer at the store. With service like they give, NO WAY they’re that busy!!

Everytime we order from this location the pizza is never correct we ordered the pretzel crust pizza, tryly this is the only pizza we come to little caesars for and it is never done right, crust wasn't prepped to make it an actual pretzel crust. They just toss pretzel salt on the crust. Staff was nice vs. Last visit. But I think we will start traveling to a different location that can get the pizza right.

Bad service, I waited 30 minutes...and when I asked for my pizza they told me if they would return my money or I would wait another 10 minutes
The worlds worst pizza place. If you call or order ahead you should come 24-48 hours later and MAYBE they will have your food ready. Often dirty inside. I have attempted to buy 3x from this place. Everytime I order ahead and wait 10-15 minutes AFTER pick up I arrive to having to wait another 15-20 minutes.

Takes an hour for 1 pizza extremely slow service not a single customer leaving this establishment since I got here is happy... when the app alerted me after 45 mins that the pizza was finally done I pull up and it's still not done 1 hour after putting in the order via the app so couldn't even get a refund.
