When I went to pick up a pizza they told me that they don't actually keep their pizzas hot and ready. Completely defeats the purpose of going to Little Caesars, I don't want to wait for you to make a whole pizza, I can do that myself.

We always order specialty pizzas online and pickup. We love the pretzel cheese & crust pizza and the Hawaiian. They have made the most beautiful pizzas over the last 6 months. They look perfect. We are very happy with the quality of pizza made here. 5 Stars!!

Ive never had an issue with my pizza but I noticed a female working in the kitchen with her hair fully down. She had long hair so there was no reason she didn't have it tied up or at least in a hair net. Very inconsiderate of them as a food worker.

Service is a nightmare at this place. The order was ready quite a while longer than the expected time window given in the mobile app. the place wasn't busy at all, so the fact that it took 40 minutes to get one large pizza ready is ridiculous. secondly, the staff is inefficient. there was no one at the counter for a good 5 minutes before someone showed up. Guess what, because they had no clue who came first, I literally had a married couple walk right in and just get called out to pick up their order. If you can't be so efficient to have someone monitor the counter, have the basic courtesy to ASK WHO CAME FIRST! Lastly, they couldn't get my name after despite of spelling it out twice. Not sure what was going on but I literally had to open my order on my phone to make them realize what it was! Again, ineffective and inefficient!
I'd avoid this place if you're visiting Little Caesars!

10/31/25 Everytime I come I am usually waiting maybe 15 minutes longer than I need to. Tonight I ordered at 6 I was told it was ready at 6:30. I arrived at 6:30 and as of writing this have yet to receive it. I get with it being a big order makes the wait longer however I have had 6 people come in and order and leave before me. I need to stop ordering from this place

The establishment's location is less than ideal, and the premises are not maintained in a clean manner. Furthermore, an employee demonstrated poor hygiene practices by handling customer money and then proceeding to touch raw dough without washing his hands. I will not be returning and intend to notify upper management of another incident.
Little Caesars is awesome anywhere you go.....but this location has always been my favorite! I don't get to go there as much as I used to but it's still my favorite!! Great food, atmosphere and employees all get 5 stars in my opinion!! Would give 10 if I could!!

App said it would be done in 20 min. Sat to pick it up after 50 min. I could of sat at a restaurant and had a full meal before they got me pizza. I know it is little ceasars but come on 50 min to get 2 pizzas. Never again.
