App said it would be done in 20 min. Sat to pick it up after 50 min. I could of sat at a restaurant and had a full meal before they got me pizza. I know it is little ceasars but come on 50 min to get 2 pizzas. Never again.

I came in and placed an order at the counter. After being told my order would take approx. 11 minutes I waited much longer for 1 pizza with crazy bread and sauce. At one point I had a girl come to me and ask me “what is the name on your order”? After watching multiple people come in and place their order and getting their food before me, I inquired about the status of my order. I was then told that they would simply refund my money for the food. They had no interest in customer service or satisfaction! I also heard the story multiple times about how one of the workers friends cars burned up in the parking lot and while she was fine and not injured the workers felt as though this was a subject to share with their customers. When I got the food home it was all cold and there was no sauce with the crazy bread. The place is run by children that have no knowledge or interest in ensuring the place is successful and for that reason I will never order food from there again!

I couldn't tell you the last time I had pizza from here but on a whim I was hungry and it was too hot to cook I decided to try the stuffed pretzel crust pizza...was only $10 and you could get it without their pizza sauce which is what I remembered I didn't like. After I ordered online I wanted to see exactly where it was. Then I saw the ratings 😳 and started to read the comments.... I was afraid I had made a terrible mistake. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because it took so long. Said it would be done 5:06-5:09 after ordering at 4:41. It looked like it was in the oven for 30 min so I thought the tracker wasn't working. I went there, and it indeed wasn't ready but I was only there a short time before it was put in the portal. I got my pizza at 5:26 and it was cooked and it was hot. And honestly it was pretty darn decent. I'd definitely eat here again

Wow, I don’t leave negative reviews often but this experience was so bad not o Lu will I never go here again but want to warn others. I ordered ahead a custom half and half pepperoni and cheese pizza and crazy bread. Just one pizza… I ordered for pickup at 5:15, arrived at 5:30 and it had t even been started…so we waited 25 minutes. In the meantime I got an email saying my order was ready and couldn’t be put into the portal but no one was available to ask. Then…I get home and realize they gave me cheese sticks and pepperoni pizza. Not the end of the world but I didn’t pay for that, I paid For the half and half pizza. In addition after waiting all that time the pizza was stiff and cold as if it had been sitting there for the 25 min. Do not waste your time and money here

We received the wrong pizza, didn't realize it till we were home, so we had to go back. They gave us the correct pizza and a few extra items to make up for the mistake. Everything tasted good.

We love their pizza, but sometimes, the staff can be rude about double cutting the pizza. There's no button on the app for double cut.

I have reasonable suspicion to believe that the owner of this franchised location may be skimming cards via the app. I won’t get into too many details yet, but there’s an odd paper trail that leads back to a recent order I made here.

I placed an order online and it said it was ready for pick up. I got there 10 minutes before they closed and the boy working said he had closed the registers. Worst customer service experience ever. To top it off the open sign was still lit up and on. You close at 10 you did not close at 9:50.
