Wow, I don’t leave negative reviews often but this experience was so bad not o Lu will I never go here again but want to warn others. I ordered ahead a custom half and half pepperoni and cheese pizza and crazy bread. Just one pizza… I ordered for pickup at 5:15, arrived at 5:30 and it had t even been started…so we waited 25 minutes. In the meantime I got an email saying my order was ready and couldn’t be put into the portal but no one was available to ask. Then…I get home and realize they gave me cheese sticks and pepperoni pizza. Not the end of the world but I didn’t pay for that, I paid For the half and half pizza. In addition after waiting all that time the pizza was stiff and cold as if it had been sitting there for the 25 min. Do not waste your time and money here

We received the wrong pizza, didn't realize it till we were home, so we had to go back. They gave us the correct pizza and a few extra items to make up for the mistake. Everything tasted good.

We love their pizza, but sometimes, the staff can be rude about double cutting the pizza. There's no button on the app for double cut.

I have reasonable suspicion to believe that the owner of this franchised location may be skimming cards via the app. I won’t get into too many details yet, but there’s an odd paper trail that leads back to a recent order I made here.

I placed an order online and it said it was ready for pick up. I got there 10 minutes before they closed and the boy working said he had closed the registers. Worst customer service experience ever. To top it off the open sign was still lit up and on. You close at 10 you did not close at 9:50.

Love the pizza but place needs to learn to stay open when it says till 10pm it was 9:15 and they are nearly closed already I get it if they where a restaurant but come on really

You guys gave me some uncooked breadsticks, the guy trying to multitask and make food and run the register needs to choose one location, because he obviously doesn’t know how to multitask.

Staff were very friendly. Manager was attentive to customer need and request.
Went in to order crazy bread. When we came in music in the kitchen was at loud levels. Music playing had the n word in it also music was talking about serial acts. Time was 4:44pm. 3 kids were working.

Normally this is the good little Ceasars, not last night. Came in and ordered a classic pep and cheese bread. 15 minute wait no problem. After 30 minutes my order was ready, 1 cheese bread that sat out of the oven for 5 minutes - okay and 1 pizza that was made before I got there. The pizza was dry and cold. After some extended chatting with them got a fresher one that was hot.

The new stuffed crazy crust pizza is not good. The pizza itself was greasy and heavy and the crust was not tasty at all stuffed or not.

Ordered a large pepperoni and green pepper pizza. The peperoni was completely flavorless and the green pepper tasted like wet grass clippings. Almost no sauce. I bought a jar of pizza sauce, removed the green pepper and added my own cheese and it was edible.
