I have never been to a Little Caesar’s with less care for time. Little Caesar’s isn’t great pizza, sometimes good but when you go to little caesar’s you expect literally only 2 things. For the pizza to be hot and ready. I have gone to this location multiple times and every time I ask for a “hot n ready” i am told it will take 15 minutes to make. Annoyed I’ve fallen for this 3 times, because it’s never actually 15 minutes. Both times I’ve come here it has been a 30 minutes to an hour wait for a LITTLE CAESARS PIZZA. This is insane, there is only ever one visible worker who has to take orders and prepare them and there’s a constant flood of doordash drivers. I have fully given up on this location. I think I could find a little caesars in Tucson, ask for a hot n ready there, and make it back home in faster time than it would take this location to even get my pizza in the oven.

If you want to waste your time this is the place! I order a pepperoni pizza and 2 crazy breads on line,it said 15 to 30 minutes so It took me 25 minutes to get to the restaurant, I got there and I asked the cashier how long before my order is ready? She said 10 more minutes, 20 minutes went by and nothing, at the end since I put my order it took them an HOUR AND 15 MINUTES!!😡🤬 DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!! worse management bad service!

This is the worst franchise in all of Phoenix. It’s is very poorly run and you can tell the manager has absolutely zero idea how to operate a business. Nothing is ever “Hot and Ready” and the wait time for a single pizza is over 40min. Anybody that gives over 2 starts for this location has to work there
I have ordered directly through LC... I have ordered through UberEats. It takes 2 hours to make one pizza? Super disappointed. Cheap and quick is the LC way.... Don't visit this location if you just want to bring home food for the family in a timely fashion.

Terrible to go if you're doordashing. It was a long wait for an hour to pick up the order. The young girl behind the cash register didn't even want to help!
She just isn't someone that should be at the register if she isn't willing to help or be knowledgeable about orders.

We went to go get pizza and my mom said that a lady was touching everything with her bare hands and she was the manager and she said when the pizza was in the oven it will kill the germs
