When the food is fresh, it's great. Half the time, the pizza is overcooked and dry. Tons of transients outside panhandling who leave their boxes all over the neighborhood. The last time I was there, the cashier was clearly high and took forever to get the order that I placed online. They don't seem to do anything to ask panhandlers to move along.

They don’t even answer your calls.. someone answered me and then hung up.. I’m from Cali living in Arizona, you guys put a bad name on California 😭 please.. don’t hire incompetent people. I’m 23 I’ve been working this industry since 16… please review and hire people properly because I guarantee this is the reason you guys are on the verge of shutting down.. 😭

My children and I visited this little ceaser on Monday the 11th after a doctors appointment and was hangry we ordered an hot N ready with crazy puffs the puffs looked as if they were sitting for hours while being beaten, but customer service representative/cashier RJ went to the back and personally made my children and I a fresh order and omg ❤️ I have never been to Olive Garden, but if I was to ever go, I would expect the pasta to smell and taste like that puff it was heavenly! My oldest said it was Bussin so next time we’re on that side of town, and feeling like pizza we will hope to see RJ with the Excellent Customer Service

Both the Ultimate Supreme and the Vegi I ordered did not have half the ingredients listed on the menu. Next time, I'll look at the pizza before I leave. Very disappointed.

This is by far the worst pizza company ever. The workers are so racist and give bad customer service. We ordered very early and they said it wasn't ready, but a woman just came ordering a pizza and immediately got it without ordering. Fix ur shop.

I ordered like two days ago and when I came in to pick my order up it was wrong guy said if I wanted it remade or refund and my family was hungry so I said remade and I said how long was it going to take and he said 20 minutes and then he said 10 minutes when I picked up my order and got home it was undercook and doughy I came back and the black guy said “if you were unsatisfied you should of checked it” how am I supposed to know it was undercooked just by looking at it and when I asked for a refund he said no to call customer service
