Pizza is almost always short crust and a good majority of the time its not cooked all the way the tips of the pizza would be doughe

To be honest, this is probably not the best little Caesars that I’ve been to, but I give a five star already because little Caesars has always been there. You know they have been there and are still there through hard times and so if you’re looking for a cheap pizza, I’d taste like pizza I mean, why do you want your pizza? I mean, I understand people like specific taste but when you’re hard timing, I mean, I love Little Caesars.

My husband and our baby and I were at Wavemax doing our laundry minding our business, when all of the sudden the security was telling my husband we stole two pizza boxes, when he didn’t! We told him to leave us alone that he got the wrong guy. So he left. But comes back again and say that the manager from little Caesars said that he has my husband on camara and that it was my husband. This has never happened to us and really disappointed that the manager lied and said it was my husband. We told the security to show us the video but he refused and told him to bring the manager over where we were at so he can see my husband yet he refused. This was disrespectful and disgusting situation that happened to us. What an awful and liar manager little Caesar has!!! By the way when we eat pizza we go to DOMINOS never little Caesars.

The machine for online pickup was broken. The pizza was under cook. We had to stand in line for 10 minutes waiting our turn for online pickup.

If you order online make sure you’re not 1 minute late after they lock the doors because they won’t give you your pizza even if it’s paid for and in the portal! I knocked on the window and one of the employee girls looked at me and ignored me and started laughing after I told her my order is right there in the portal can you hand it to me”. I went the next day to get my pizza that I had paid the following day and they told me “too bad” worst customer service!

ok wait till you see this pizza, I would be ashamed to have this delivered, quality is something they dont care about. offical sponser of the NFL shame on them too... omg the sauce was bad and very little, I would be ashamed if this was my business, will never go again, and btw 5.00 $ delivery fee-so I used grubhub instead, and this location has no wings, must be franchise hell might as well close.

Placed an online order supposed to be done by 6:07pm. go there to pick it up and they tell me it’s going to be an hour. I send my husband there 45 mins afterwards and they tell him it’s going to be another hour because they’re backed up. as someone who has worked in the food industry i get it can be stressful when you understaffed but ai have never experienced waiting 2 hours for food. absolutely ridiculous. I also have been on hold for a total of 30 mins trying to get in contact with a manager about a refund ( cashier chick said you have to do it online but there is no option online for that) seriously the worst experience i’ve had. 2 hours for 2 regular pizzas.

Crazy bread is still raw and not baked all the way this is a really horrible place to get pizza workers just don't know how to do things anymore. Terrible place honestly disgusting food.that was the inside of the crazy bread honestly what are they even getting paid for if they can't do their jobs right

My recent visit to this location was extremely frustrating due to the staff's unprofessional behavior. It was difficult to get any help, as the employees seemed completely disengaged and focused on their own conversations. I'm not sure if this is a management issue or a lack of training, but the level of unprofessionalism was shocking. I'm concerned that this will become the standard if it's not addressed.
