The updated interior feels more welcoming and well-maintained, setting a positive tone as soon as you walk in. Additionally, the staff’s friendly and efficient customer service adds to the store’s appeal, making it clear they value their customers and strive to create a pleasant experience.
However, the parking lot remains a major drawback. Despite the interior upgrades, the pothole-riddled parking area detracts from the overall impression of the establishment. Navigating the lot can be frustrating and inconvenient, and it doesn’t reflect the same care and attention seen inside. Addressing this issue would complete the transformation and make visiting the store truly enjoyable. Been a long time customer and just want the best for south Phoenix.

Every time I order well done, I have to put it in the oven when it arrives raw pizza. And never answer the phone when u call Southside Poor customer service. Sucks. This picture is after the oven here at home. Look how the ingredients are on there. I'm putting a review on every spot from the south side from now on seriously it sucks over here!!! Money wasted
