Little Caesars Pizza

They cook it raw it’s not even fully cooked.
They will give u an attitude.
I ask for fresh and they get mad about or even the cooks will cry about it.

Si no quieren trabajar quédense en su casa, pésimo servicio, ordene en línea y aun esperar 20 minutos., somos clientes estamos comprando,no pidiendo regalado, dejen sus problemas en su casa, jóvenes habrán su mente y sean eficientes. Todos dormidos y mal genio, y eso que aun no llegan a la edad de los verdaderos problemas, dios los cuide.

Disappointed with my last trip to your store. The cashier I dealt with just wasn't getting it done. If you wanna step up customer service, consider giving your team some extra training. That way, they can handle business right. I don't recommend this location at all.

Completely 100% utterly dissatisfied with this whole experience. I ordered on their online website for delivery which by the way is done through a third-party called DoorDash. The order arrived and it was completely not what I ordered. Aside from that I had an item missing. When I contacted the number on my receipt via email I was prompted to go to DoorDash to complain. Their resolution was a 40% discount or refund rather. To which I replied this is unacceptable. I’m not even going to eat the stuff that I was delivered. She said she would contact the restaurant and escalate the situation and it was up to them to refund me the rest of the amount but I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for them to reply and then another seven days for a refund. Again, it all ended up in the trash because it’s not what I ordered and not what I eat therefore, I am also going to file a complaint with my credit card company and dispute all the charges for a full refund as they did not follow through on what I ordered. The woman over the phone was completely unhelpful and just had this scripted speak about how she can escalate the Situation. She also kept repeating herself on how it’s a system generated a refund and that she has no control over that. Well you do have human beings that work for your company. Yes so therefore you can get a supervisor live and have them correct the situation which was not an option. Needless to say, I will not be ordering through the service again nor will I recommend it to anyone complete disappointed and loss

D.im doin door dash and the order was placed before I even started heading this way it took me 15 to get here and I have been now waiting for going on at least 20 mins what's the point with having workers doing work if it's not effective towards a goal in a timely manner there is no point in this store if the team can not work to meet the demand swap out go to a different store it's can't be everyone being slow please do a better job

They are indifferent to the customer. I placed an order from the online application at 3:21. At 3:47 I went to pick up pizza and was told it wasn't ready. It was 4:40 and the pizza wasn't ready yet. People gathered around them. When I asked for the last time they still didn't give me a clear answer. I always buy pizza at this place near my house. I won't buy from this place again.
And I almost forgot, they sold a girl a burnt pizza and she came back to complain and they didn't respond. And there was a boy who had been waiting longer than me and they didn't give him anything either. Awful !!!!!

Don’t advertise “hot and ready” when after placing an online order and still having to come in and wait 20 mins for a pizza that supposed to be ready. It’s an always the same thing always a long wait time, and to be quit honest it looks like a bunch of kids working not even one looks well dressed or mannered to be the manager .

The pizza was so overcooked the meat was crispy and burnt. The crust was burnt. I sent the first one back, and waited for another one. That one was also overcooked. The last two pieces we had left were almost inedible they were just too burnt. The crust is almost paper thin lately. Then, they have the audacity to request a tip when you pay!!! My absolute last time at LC's.

I tried to get hot n ready but Andy r. Stated itll take 15 minutes, dont know if andy was happy to see me or he must of been really really stoned ? for someone to.b smiling at me while never meeting me. Lmao I wish i can smoke whatever andy r was on because he was on cloud 9 statring into space lmao

What the heck happened to "hot and ready"? I went in there and ordered the most basic things: 2 peperoni pizzas and 1 crazy bread. They said it would be a 45min wait. 45min?! WTH?

There was literally 1 other customer in there and like 5 crew members in the back. They were not busy at all. All the heater ovens were empty and the crew seemed to be super relaxed.

I worked at this very location as a teen. I know how long a pizza takes to prep and go through the oven. It's no 45min! We used to crack hot and readys out like candy while being slammed with customers. It's not that hard.

No idea WTH happened.

We had gone to grab pizza and wings. Our 1st time going to this location. 4 male employees were slow in everything they reacted to. We had waited in lobby abt 10 minutes b4 anyone acknowledged us. I got chicken wings. They were cold, not fully seasoned and kinda dry. His pizza was decent. I don't eat pork so I didn't indulge in that. I only ate 2 wings. Just kinda sad that it was hot n pipping hot pizza with bomb diggity wings. I enjoy seeing the men were different nationalities and young.

Never has any of the hot and ready options ready, always have to wait for them to make it which kind of defeats the purpose. Staff are inattentive of customers and will forget about your order unless you remind them of it.
