Almost everything was amazing, pizza great, slices were cut uneven but still great the bread sticks were freaking awesome baked just right nice n soft I was amazed. The only thing that wasn't right were the puffs these were more like cookies maybe! Burnt and very salty.

We had gone to grab pizza and wings. Our 1st time going to this location. 4 male employees were slow in everything they reacted to. We had waited in lobby abt 10 minutes b4 anyone acknowledged us. I got chicken wings. They were cold, not fully seasoned and kinda dry. His pizza was decent. I don't eat pork so I didn't indulge in that. I only ate 2 wings. Just kinda sad that it was hot n pipping hot pizza with bomb diggity wings. I enjoy seeing the men were different...

Made my pizza wrong... TWICE! Offered to remake it for the third time, refund my money or give me 2 wrong pizzas for the price of one. I was late to be home and starving after a long day of work so I took the 2 wrong pizzas.Good help is hard to find. But managerial QC is the last defense.I now always check inside the box to make sure. New people working? General incompetence? Not sure. Disappointing experience. I like your product but service is getting worse. Not just this...
