Food & service was soo good, we went twice during our visit. I got the lil amadi & my wife got the lil toy toy & the chicken was fried to perfection & that was the BEST waffle I've ever experienced 😋. And you can't beat $17 mimosa flights. The whole experience was very pleasant, including Jasmine the waitress, outstanding attitude and very attentive.

The food and the ambiance were second to none!

Went here for a late lunch. I got the waffle and drumsticks. The waffle was fluffy and cooked to perfection. The chicken was good, nice and hot. Would visit again.

Lo Lo Chicken & Waffle feels very authentic, with lots of locals dining inside.
The fried chicken is extremely tender, with a crispy skin that carries a rich, eggy aroma. The waffle is soft and fluffy, with a lovely butter and egg flavor — paired with syrup, it’s a classic and delicious combination.

The biscuit tastes like a thicker version of a scone — soft yet still with a good bite. The gravy on top is quite strong, with an intense herb-and-garlic flavor.

Portions are large, and the staff are very friendly and quick to offer takeout boxes. The only downside is that the music inside is quite loud, making conversation a bit difficult.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a long time and I’m so glad I finally did! It was pretty busy when I went but I only had to wait about 20 minutes before being seated. The food was incredible and definitely worth the wait! I got the Sheeda’s Special and it was great! The chicken was flavorful and juicy and the waffles weren’t like anything I’ve ever tasted before! My server Kat was beyond amazing! She was super friendly and despite how busy the restaurant was, very attentive and made sure I was having a great time. The overall atmosphere was lively and I was pleasantly surprised that there was a live DJ! I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is my go to when I visit my daughter in Az. I love the ambiance, the vibe & of course the food. The staff is always pleasant, happy & ready for a good time. Look forward to coming back in a week or two☺️

We stopped in twice while we were in Phoenix. The first visit we tried a mix of menu items. Everything was fine but the fried chicken was excellent - so good we decided that we’d go back for more on our last night in town. That chicken dinner with sides of grits, macaroni and cheese, and cornbread was as good as we’d been anticipating. Staff was awesome!

If you want really good food but super poor customer service than this is the place for you. Went in took 10 minutes to be acknowledged by hostess. Mind you there were less than three tables with customers and no ones else waiting. They ignore you for 30-40 minutes before anyone even gets to your table. Their managers or owners just sit in the seats and watch everyone. If the food wasn't so good I would have left a harsher review. Great food bad customer service . Won't ever come back but good food.

This was my first visit. The wait to get a table wasn't bad but we waited almost an hour to get our food after we ordered it. The food was just OK. They play VERY loud music and I am personally not a fan of that. You can't even talk to anyone as it is hard to hear each other.
