My husband first stop at Logan's was in Texas and excited to visit this location in AZ. We took a couple of friends with us both times, first on a Friday night, next on a Wednesday night-definitely recommend going during the week. Both visits, the managers stopped by our table (Sasha really has a terrific customer "are important" attitude) and assisted his servers wherever needed. I don't recall the other manager's name during the weekday visit, yet her attitude and funny comments, had us enjoying our meal and visit without any disappointment. Definitely, great steaks, good sides and an atmosphere that we will be returning soon!!!!

We absolutely love this place. The zucchini fries were great . Our steaks were cooked perfectly. And our waitress Julie was awesome so helpful and super sexy.

I've been here several times and I have to give it a 3, it depends on the day, some days the food is the best and everything tastes amazing. Other days our order is wrong and the steaks are under or over cooked. Usually wait times aren't bad, I did have one time the food took quite a while to come out and it was all cold. Staff have always been great. Some days it's a 5, some days it's not.

Detailed review: Pros/Cons & Summary Pros: -The wife and I have enjoyed coming here for years because of its convenient location next to our house and the country ambiance is really nice. -The food selection is decently varied for a steakhouse, and some dishes are better than others. -The loaded baked potatoes are a high point. - I love that you can drop the peanut shells on the floor. - The layout of the restaurant is a nice open area, not cramped like Texas Roadhouse. - All of the salads are top-notch. - The wait staff is average to good. - The food response time is average, and it can vary. Cons: -The entree portions are kind of small, especially for the prices. -The nachos used to be good but they seem to have switched to a deep fried potato chip which makes the entire dish too heavy. Summary: The primary reason for 3 stars and not 4 stars is the food is by and large TOO SALTY. From the nachos to the hamburgers to the sauteed onions and mushrooms and perhaps more. The food tastes good, there's just too much salt. If your taste buds are used to salty meals, and you are looking for a festive ambiance, you can have a good time at Logan's (and not all dishes here are over-salted). But if you want a good Steakhouse experience, most of the other Steakhouse chains will outperform in terms of food quality. If you want a fun country outing and you're not a foodie, Logan's can be a great stop for the family or a dinner date. Ps. I will agree with many of the 1-3 star reviews written here that this Logan's was great a few years ago, but they seemed to have slipped since then.

We went here on Valentine's Day. Every dish the 4 of us ordered was scrumptious! The steaks were perfectly cooked as ordered! The manager came to the table asking how everything was and the waiter was professional and friendly! I stopped the manager when we left and told him I'd leave a review because we all enjoyed our meals. Wish they still served prime rib! But everything was perfect otherwise! Highly recommend!
