My favorite coffee spot, right in the heart of the city, with the bustling noise of the street, waking my dog early in the morning it’s my favorite spot to stop by and just take a moment during my day. I love the vibes, the pastries the coffee it’s just a great spot.

I had coffee here, no food. It has plenty of room to gather and chat while enjoying good coffee. There is seating outside, too. I highly recommend this coffeehouse.

Definitely a place where you should be quiet because people are reading or working on their laptop. It was such a calm vibe and I see how it can be your daily routine. My chai latte was yummy !

As lovers of good coffee and coffee shops when we travel, we decided to check out Lola and were disappointed. The coffee beans were bitter with a burnt taste, and made the coffee practically undrinkable. Even the dirty chai latte couldn’t cover up the bad roast and bean quality.

Be careful if you have allergies when eating here. They don’t label their products as to whether they have allergens in them or not. As someone who has severe nut allergies, I thought I was safe with a cranberry orange muffin, but there were pecans. When I started to have a reaction I told the barista and her response was, “well, it was next to pastries with nuts.” After I told her and the other girls that it doesn’t matter and if nuts can’t been see in a product they should be labeled, the barista exclaimed in a condescending tone, “sorry, have a nice day!”

Dear manager, owner etc
consider that this is a liability. I had to ask fellow patrons for Benadryl and thankfully, they came through. Had that not had happened, I could be in the ER. This is complete negligence and you could 100% be sued for this. Please take this as a warning because it may not go so well next time. Also, you should probably educate your employees (especially the brunette barista working 2/7/25 @ 8:30 am) on the severity of allergies and maybe give them a lesson on customer service and empathy.

My sister chose this spot to meet for our very first time in forty years. Though we just had coffee, it was an amazing atmosphere. We're very relaxing and it was a great spot before any occasion.

Kind of a cute spot, but you’ve got a substantial homeless problem. It’s not fair for your customers. Coffee is pretty mediocre and the food is OK. Definitely a friendly staff.

The coffee. is really great here. If you enjoy your coffee and you’re morning come here.

Parking: Not a lot parking in main lot. So you’re going have to park out in the paid street or in the parking garage

I love this place. It’s a block from where I recently moved to in Phoenix. Whoever’s playlist or curated music “station” is playing (perfect volume btw) is a friend of mine for life .. I just heard a Beach House song followed up by Foxygen’s “San Francisco” 💯💯🔊🔊
