Incredible coffee and food. The breakfast burrito was fantastic, especially paired with the homemade aioli! Shout out to Steph for being such a talented and friendly barista as well!

The breakfast burritos are sooo good!! Lots of seating inside.

Lola is the closest coffee place to my house, but it generally leaves me disappointed. I find their coffee a little too bitter and they don't consistently have a cook to make breakfast. The ambiance is good, but the counter always seems slammed and the place feels busy.

The staff here is nice, but the hygiene of this place is absolutely unacceptable. The touchpad for payments is grimy, the counters are visibly dirty, and even the area where you grab lids and napkins looks unclean. Walking out of this coffee shop, I felt gross which is not how you should feel after grabbing a drink. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one was just disgusting. I strongly recommend a deep cleaning of this place because, as it stands, it’s just not somewhere I’d return to

The far end near the picture window is never swept. There is dog hair under the table that has been there for weeks

I asked if they could do a flat white, barista kinda knew what it was but didn’t seem too thrilled. Got my coffee it wasn’t right, it was too hot & coffee was not dial. Barista also was not very nice, but coffee shop seemed pretty cool and chill, hopefully I can come back again and have a better experience

Love this place! Had been looking for the perfect spot to study and this place truly perfect! The atmosphere is awesome and the barristas are super friendly. Coffee is amazing and the pastries taste soo fresh! Love it! Will definitely be coming more often!

I would give a five, because I truly adore this place. It just feels as if the Arcadia location is treated like a step child instead of an actual location of theirs. As of late these last few months, management refuses to restock the Arcadia location with necessities. For months now they've ran out of oat milk and maple syrup. I've been going to Lola for 10 years now, every single day. I've been a patron of Lola since Daniel was the one behind the counter making the coffee. I went every single day for five years to the downtown location and now every single day for five years to the Arcadia location. There's just a night and day difference between downtown and Arcadia, because management treats Arcadia like an unimportant location. The staff is amazing, I love the barista's, I will never have anything bad to say about them. They make my day, every single day that I go in. It's just the management that either refuses to restock cause the Arcadia location or is just lazy to restock the Arcadia location. I've directly spoken to the manager and the owner to communicate this problem and it doesn't seem as if they care, because it has yet to be fixed an entire month later they're still running out of inventory. And don't even get me started on the lack of pastries at Arcadia, in comparison to the downtown location. And why is there still no active standing manager of Arcadia? McKenna has been gone for months.

Seriously such potential, but wasted by awful ownership. The staff historically has been wonderful, and really the only thing that kept me coming back. McKenna was a delight, so sad to see her go, it's not the same without her. She made it so I could overlook the disgusting layer of dust over every air vent, every oily and dusty light fixture, the bathroom that has no soap. Seriously. If you go in, look up. (I warned you) I complained once time and was told the management didn't want to pay for the employees to clean. You gotta keep your standards higher when Moxie, Sip, etc are just around the corner.

Customer service wasn't great. The baristas didn't make you feel welcome and the coffee wasn't made well.

Cute little place with a friendly staff. Loved that they were cool with me bringing my four-legged friend to study and sip coffee. Will be back.

First time here after being recommended this place many times. Steph was so so kind and recommended a delicious latte! It’s difficult to find a place that has such welcoming and sweet baristas, so needless to say I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Steph!!!
