Horrible service…… we orders our food 4 tables got seated 15min after we ordered then all 4 tables got their food before we did then they gave our pizza to a different table!

Terrible place, don’t recommend at all. Charge too much for ranch. I ordered 50 wings and got one ranch. Jesus is the manager, doesn’t know how to speak to customers as well when being questioned. Awful place. Please don’t come and waste your time there. Server was awful as well, barely anyone here and she didn’t check on us much at all.

If I could give them no stars I would. Made my girlfriend and I very sick, vomiting all night into the early morning. Paid 60 bucks for 20 wings with no meat on them, burnt and hard. a large pizza that was the absolute worst. I used to love long wongs. Very disappointing.

The food was so bad I wouldn’t give it to a starving dog.

Don’t even get me started on the terrible customer service.

DON’T GO HERE, this long wongs used to be good but the quality went way down. The pizza tasted super low quality with a flavorless bread. You’re better off getting a cheap frozen pizza from walmart. Got the 20 piece wings (hardly any meat on them) half honey hot half garlic parmesan. the honey hots were decent, they used to be better though. The garlic parmesan were straight a$$. Server did warn me that a lot of people don’t like those because of the sauce they use but wanted to get something that wasn’t spicy for my son so i took a chance, should have listened. If a lot of people complain that much about a product maybe you guys should remove it or try to make it better, but nope probably want to stick with the cheapest option. Got a 12in pizza and 20 piece wing with no appetizers and 3 fountain drinks (coke tasted like it had little to no syrup) all for around $65 dollars and it was not worth it. Felt like i got robbed honestly. Still gave the server a good tip cause she was the only thing that was good about that place and it wasn’t her fault the food and drinks sucked. AZ famous wings my A$$

Edit: the fact that she asked me to taste the garlic/parm and not the honey hot while she told me “cause alot of people didnt like it”. Should tell you that sauce alone is a$$ and not “yummy”lol. I used to like that place so i just gave it a chance blindly and I regretted it. But thats your excuse huh, tastebuds? A lot of people also agree in the reviews. Just admit it, ingredients got cheaper. Honestly just upset that i payed that much for something that didn’t taste good at all, its not even just about the garlic/parm it was everything.

Food was so delicious!!! I don’t like pizza. And this is the first time I absolutely loved pizza that I ate two slices! Wings are always good. My favorite is fried mushrooms and fried zucchini. Definitely got to eat these if u like appetizers. Thank you long wongs. You’re on my favorite list! ❤️😊👍

What has become of the once good pizza and wings? They were the go-to choice back in the day on the west side. Now, it feels like I was served pizza and wings from a trampoline park.

Didn't care for the food at all. Ordered 20 wings and a large pizza add pepperoni. It appears that only half of the pizza received pepperoni. Ordered ahead and still had to wait. Crust to pizza needed to be cooked longer, and the wings were wings. This place has really lost their touch. Why would you have someone sit in these chairs tacky. Bill was around 50$

Horrible everything about eating here was bad, we've never had it so we wanted to give it a shot our server not only messed up our whole order while taking our order right there at the table with a tablet like how can you mess that up but she still did, but she didn't even check on us I had to Walk up to the bar area to get another beer I had to ask for boxes it just was a horrible experience all around my waitress is a wife so she's in overtipper but this was the first time ever that we didn't tip the waitress because the service was so bad. Family's that came in way after us got served and got phenomenal service we were totally ignored.

This place is the worst place to get takeout. Service was not that great and the food was terrible for 59.00 it was not worth it. Me and my husband give this place double thumbs down

Karaoke on Fridays very good very good atmosphere the waitresses very friendly and very delicious the waitress from Nogales Sonora very good very good treatment 100% recommended 👍
