Came because it’s my dad’s favorite place to eat, we were greeted but the lady at the cashier continued to roll her eyes while we were looking at the menu. She continued to rush us while ordering even though the place was completely empty.

I haven't been to Long Wong's in a long time and I am shocked that the pricing has gone up so much even though I do understand the price of produce and food in general has gone up considerably however 15.00 for a bacon turkey sandwich that was good but nothing really and it took a long time to get our order even though we were the only customers in the restaurant and I actually have to go up and ask about our order after about 17 minutes and she said oh and then go find out and it still took a while before we got our order and mine was supposed to be hot but it wasn't very hot. The front wall above the door is a mess with all those wires and the stereo in Plainview that should be placed in the back and all of those wires should be concealed it would look a lot cleaner and a lot more professional.

Me and my three boys went here at about 4:30 pm on 12/18/25, the older girl not the really young one but the older girl at the counter was awfully rude. 1. She didn’t honor the 3$ personal size pizza. She charged me $9.37 with is 3x the advertised price! She wouldn’t even honor what was on the menu online! 2. She failed to charge me for 2 after telling her twice I have two little sons. They were for them. 3. I told her it was dine in and she put the order in a bag and tied it up so tight I couldn’t untie it. When she seen me and my kids sitting at the table, she yelled my order out to come get it and the restaurant was empty. So consideration at all! 4. My son asked her 3 times if he can use the restroom and she ignored him entirely, I had to go up to the counter with him and ask because he nearly peed his pants! 4. She also charged me $16.99 each for special #3. 5. I ordered another 6 wings and told her the same flavor as the other two meals and she put the hottest buffalo sauce on them, those were my youngest sons, so they were too hot, I had to dump my sweet sauce on them to cool them down! —- she was very rude! And it was the first time I’ve been there I have heard so much good things about long wongs, but I’ll never be going back! The wings were good but very tiny! And I never leave a bad review but maybe this is why that location was so empty!

We picked up a to go order and the food was already sitting out and cold even though they told us it would take forty minutes. The staff was hard to deal with and the pizza and wings tasted frozen and undercooked which made the whole experience frustrating. For how much we spent it was a huge letdown and it is not a place I would return to or recommend.

9 dollars for small Horrible BURNT mozzerella sticks , I asked the cashier before I bought them how much comes in the box she said SEVEN , next thing you know 15 minutes pass by and not only did they not give me mozzerella sauce but also 6 instead of 7 I went back to ask why there wasn’t 7 she proceeded to lie and say she told me it would be around 6?? Cheese was horrible and solid aswell 0/10 what a scam

Very disappointed, have been a costumer for several years and this isn’t the first time the wings came out, crusty, dried, flavorless, sauceless, and tastes like leftovers these last couple years… For the price, not worth it. And if you do buy some, check your wings before you leave, because we drove a good amount to buy and from the amount of times this has happened. They’ve lost a customer.
