I just left the restaurant and was very disappointed. I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant back in 2017 and had a great experience, manager came out and wished me a Happy Birthday and asked was everything ok, so I decided to go today thinking I was going to get the same great service. The waitress was not polite at all, very sarcastic tone. No good customer service at all. First, I told her about my drink, I couldn't taste any alcohol in it whatsoever, she never asked if she could replace it, she told me it would creep up on me, never did!! then I told her about the dessert reward. She tells me that the rules have changed since 2017 and I was only able to get a scoop of ice cream with a drizzle of chocolate, now on my reward is simply shows a picture of Chocolate Stampede and says the coupon can be redeemed for a dessert up to $13.00 so one scoop with a drizzle of chocolate is equal to $13.00. I will never go there again.

Our waitress didn't bring out my daughters food. She is only five and was hungry. Our waitress was too busy talking and laughing with a coworker to notice. A different employee was attentive and saw my daughter sitting there with no food. It took them 20 minutes to bring her meal out. The manager was very apologetic and handled it well. Mistakes happen, but the waitress was oblivious.

We went here on a weekday walked in after 9pm 8ppl total. Our server was Leinali, she was the kindness, sweetest girl. So attentive, we didnt feel rushed at all . The food was top noch. Ordered chop steak with sparagus and sweet potatoe.if you come ask for leilani her service wont dissapoint you!
