A shining star hidden in a rough neighborhood. I've passed the building plenty of times and honestly never even noticed it. My friend recommended it and we gave it a try. Right when you walk through the door you're transported to a whole different world. The restaurant is nice and clean and it was really busy. Salsa with the chips & salsa was rly good. I ordered green chilaquiles with eggs & a side of nopales instead of meat. Came with beans which were also good. Loved it — will be back again!
Food was delicious! The guarache was nice and crispy. The menudo had a really good flavor and was spicy. Highly recommend this place. Also highly recommend to expect a wait to be seated. This place is busy on a sunday! (A good sign in my opinion)
